Unfortunately, my stay was disrupted in a very upsetting way. Despite having the “Do Not Disturb” sign clearly displayed, someone from the hotel opened our room door and entered in the morning, waking us up.
When I reported this to the front desk, the receptionist said she did not know why this happened, which is extremely concerning. Guest privacy and safety should be a top priority at any hotel.
This experience left us feeling uncomfortable and disappointed, and it significantly affected our stay. I hope management takes this matter seriously and reviews their procedures to ensure it does not happen to other guests.
