Exceptional rooms and good selection of breakfast.

Room was amazing. Really big with everything you might need But, the floor by the couch was wet and because I had put my luggage there (only space with 2 suitcases) I kept stepping in the wet spot - minor issue The toilet paper had a stain on it so I just changed it, and there was a dirty spot on the light switch. Again super small and nothing impactful at all Bed was ok (a bit soft for me only) Shower was fabulous Lots of space I loved the magnet for the do not disturb sign. Breakfast was really good with lots of options. My only issue, more of an odd thing, was the coffee machine only gave me brown water so I asked for help and the person opened the used pod container and pulled out what they thought might me my pod and reused it. Staff was super friendly Parking was very small and one of the handicapped spot (for my dad) was very tiny, but right at the door to the elevator. When leaving there were many leaks from pipes, but I am sure they were being looked after

Breakfast staff were very friendly and made our morning. Front desk staff were also very helpful. Only downsides were the elevators, Leaky parking garage and the overpriced store. Hotel was very clean and well maintained. The room was very spacious and had everything you would need. Breakfast was very good!

Property is very clean and bright, the check staff were great. The breakfast was amazing and the service was even better. The steam room and pool were so relaxing after a long drive.

The shuttle from the airport to the hotel was fast and accessible. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Smooth check in and out. Clean and well maintained room with amazing kitchen. The breakfast was great and delicious, lot of options for adults and kids, best hotel breakfast in years.

This hotel is EXTREMELY run down. Everything looks rough. The parking situation is horrendous. They have space for about 50 vehicles with multiple hotels surrounding the area. Upon checking in to our room, we walked in to a room that smelled like sewer. We were promptly given a new room (with no working phone). It was fine. Breakfast was good. Overall, I would recommend choosing a different hotel.

Overall the hotel was very nice. The room to the naked eye seemed clean. But the doors were dirty. And the walls had suspicious spots running down. I think. That the attention to the little details needs to be addressed.

Very accommodating to our hockey team after another hotel in Calgary cancelled our block booking four days before we were scheduled to come down. Very friendly staff and a great breakfast.

As others have said, the breakfast is definitely a highlight. Best I’ve had for a free breakfast, and I’ve stayed at a lot of different hotels.

I requested the sofa bed in the room to be set up before check in and the staff made it. The breakfast was delicious!
