The property owner was super friendly and helpful! Gave us many tips on sightseeing sites and food reccomendations.

Tim, who greeted us at check in was extremely helpful. Showed us where to park our car, gave tips on where to go and helped us make a last minute tour reservation. Definitely would come back again!

Very clean room and bathroom. Bed is comfortable. Had limited room cleaning, but it's okay as environmental friendly. Overall great for budget travellers.

The owner and staff were very friendly, waited for us till 9pm plus to check in and recommended us really good stuff to eat! The location was good for us as we had car and it was easy to move around (15-20min drive from Kending Main Street). The room was clean and spacious, with a balcony and plenty of TV channels. There are also washing machines for used. Generally a great stay!!

Very convenient and quiet place. Reception was very nice to introduce the sight-seeings around and arrange for us the transportation.

Owner was helpful in arranging scooter rental for us. Which end up being invaluable to our visit to the area. Remember to get an international license if you don't have local license!!
