Banho frio. Meu chuveiro esquentou muito pouco. Quarto cheirando um pouquinho a cigarro (não demais, mas enfim).

O hotel é bom, porém os quartos não tem nenhuma ventilação. Janelas que não abrem. Cheiro bem forte de mofo.

The hotel was great. It was clean and conveniently located. The breakfast was good. We had a little difficulty communicating in English to the staff, but we managed. The parking situation was great. The parking attendants were so helpful and fast.

Located in a quiet, easily accessible (by car) part of the city. Close enough to Campinas and would be a great hotel for business travelers. Great variety in the breakfast menu. Didn't use the restaurant, but room service food was great and delivered in good time. Great value.

No TV channels access, worst internet access, impossible to work, poor Breakfast

Valinhos is a jewel in the forest of Sao Paolo. Very clean city and very modern at the level of Florida !! This hotel reflects the atmosphere and fashion of the town. Safe clean and courteous staff. I wish they would get a lot of guests so that they can grow more.

The hotel is new and in great condition. The staff was extremely helpful and excited to assist us with everything from helping translate calls from Uber to and giving directions. It's across the street from the Valinhos Shopping Mall that has restaurants, a grocery store and regular stores.

Good hotel

O destaque é o café da manhã, com muitas opções, incluindo um buffet com alimentos sem gluten e lactose. O estacionamento tem vagas cobertas limitadas, porém há vagas externas na parte de trás do hotel e muitas vagas na rua. Pontos que poderiam ser melhor: A porta do banheiro não fechava, estava estufada, como era só eu e minha esposa, não chegou a ser um problema. Uma das luzes do banheiro estava queimada. A cadeira da escrivaninha era bem confortável, porém estava suja e com pó, poderiam ter higienizado antes da nossa chegada. De forma geral achamos o quarto limpo e confortável, com um destaque para o café da manhã.

Hotel longe bem longe de ser 4 estrelas, nivel de duas. Limpeza e instalcoes deixando muito a desejar. Parte interna do predio incluindo quartos precisando urgentemente de reforma. Cafe da manha caotico, tem mesas para no max 1/3 dos hospedes. Uma zona e barulhento
