It was a convenient for the airport and early flight. The hotel has a shuttle service that was running every 30 min. The only negative was the TV, it was too complicated and we didn’t have the patience to find out how it works.

The hotel was a disappointment. All I wanted was a good night's sleep. One of the conference rooms was booked for some kind of party and the bass was so loud you could hear it on the 5th floor. It was 1:00 in the morning before it finally stopped.

Located 5 minutes from the airport. They also gave us a bag breakfast for our flight at 4am.

The carpet and the furniture were super worn out. There were stains on the chairs.

It was hot and they didn't have the A/C on. Their quality of cervice has diminished. When it was under Best Wastern Primire management everythibg was perfect and of course when Bulgarians took over it is no longer the same. I have been using this hotel since 2017.

Hotel was close to the airport, although not within a walkable distance. Not a problem as the hotel provides a shuttle bus. Not very clear where to pick up the shuttle bus but it is at the very end of the waiting areas. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

Shuttle bus arrived early, which is a good thing. It was confusing where to pick the shuttle bus up from at the airport as it wasn't marked very clearly. Fast journey to the hotel. Check in was quick and staff polite. Hotel is good for staying before flying but not close to anything within walking distance.

They need to sort out their communication. Especially around airport transport, which is such an important aspect of their business!

Property was conveniently located by the airport. The rooms set up for only one person, the service was quick but careless.
