As far as the room goes, everything was great. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The apartment had plenty of cooking utensils so you could be self-sufficient and even had a washing machine. Great access to public transport. The only real issues were that being across the road from Brisbane's largest hospital, there were the inevitable ambulance sirens at all hours, and that, combined with the noisy traffic from a very busy road, made it difficult to sleep. Another issue was that I only had access to the floor I was staying on, so you had to be creative to visit a friend on another floor.
