Falta agua para tomar en lobby y maquinas expendedoras

La regadera no tenía agua caliente y, aunque lo reporté de inmediato, pasaron 12 horas para que la “solución” fuera simplemente cambiarme de cuarto. Ese tiempo es excesivo para algo tan esencial. En recepción no supieron darme una respuesta clara ni una solución inmediata, ya que ni siquiera sabían cuándo podía venir mantenimiento. Honestamente, con esa experiencia, no considero volver a hospedarme ahí.

Todo estuvo excelente y muy buena ubicación cerca de galerías, lo único que baja la calidad del hotel es la chica que estaba en recepción, tenía el pelo corto y muy grosera! Ni siquiera nos dijo que las tarjetas para abrir la habitación, también se usaban para el elevador. Nada amable, tratados de hacerle preguntas del hotel y la zona, y casi casi nos ignoraba jajaja, fuera de eso todo estuvo bien😊

Breakfast was very limited, no eggs, plates were scarce and located at the end of the buffet instead of the beginning, toaster only one side working generating a lineup

Everything was good in this renovated hotel except for the beds and bedding !! Awful beds, but service customer was great and the renovation is coming to an end and I bet they will look nice.

The property was under construction. The improvements look good. I complained about no hot water in shower and sink for 2 days. Nothing changed. Not impressed.

Everything was clean, the rooms were nice, and the beds were comfortable.

They didn’t clean the room until I called reception, additionally, the safe box didn’t work The staff was kind of rude when I called to ask for the cleaning of the room

There is no continental breakfast, you have to pay for it

Very Wide Room at the Entry. There are 2 elevators. 1 for the Lobby and reception and 1 for the Rooms at that level. Little surprise of not to have the reception at the entry. Nice Location.

Beds where uncomfortable, sheets or rough as well as pillows, did not sleep well. Room was dirty and breakfast wasn't great 6/10
