Incredible! Highly recommend! Beautiful rooms, wonderful service, and excellent food!!

I stay at this property every time I come to Cabo but I will not be returning. Pool service was terrible both days. I had to constantly ask to find my server and nobody would come to ask us what we wanted to eat/drink. I had to go to the bar to get my drinks myself because the server was nowhere to be found BOTH days. You go to cabo to enjoy the poolside service and there literally was none. When I arrived my family of 6 went up and down several times in the heat looking for the private car we reserved in advance. My dad is handicapped and the vehicle wasn't ready for us. I was told to look for a sign, there was none. When your paying $440 for car service you expect a little more. Lastly I booked a photography session with a “professional photographer” who appeared to be a staff member with a point and shoot camera. Overall disappointed I couldn't purchase more photos because they simply weren’t good.

Amazing! Views pool and spacious room.

This is a beautiful hotel, grounds, and numerous restaurants. We had a huge 2000sqft room with windows with sliding doors on two sides of the room. In room hot tub and a plunge pool on the deck. Beautiful sunrise views. The shower was massive, overhead, 3wall jets, and a wand. It was so nice I didn’t want to get out. There are 5 huge infinity pools and hot tub on the grounds. I loved this place and didn’t want to leave! We are vegan. Very little on the menu for the many really nice restaurants. This was a little stressful, but they made custom dishes for us, and we ate well. The many activities in the area will pick u up at the hotel lobby. We even saw whales from our room in May, which is rare.

My recent stay at Grand Velas was a bit of a splurge—but absolutely worth it. From start to finish, the experience exceeded expectations in every way. A huge thank you to Claudia, our personal concierge, who went above and beyond to ensure our anniversary trip was both memorable and joyful. Her attentiveness and warmth truly made a difference. The service overall was exceptional. Every staff member—from the bellman to housekeeping to the pool attendants—was professional, friendly, and eager to help. It’s clear that service is a top priority here. The resort itself is stunning. The adults-only infinity pool was a serene oasis, and the gym facilities were top-notch. And the food—just wow. Every meal was outstanding, but a special shoutout goes to Cocina de Autor. As a Michelin-starred restaurant, my expectations were high, but the chef delivered a world-class experience that rivaled (and in some cases surpassed) other star-rated restaurants I’ve visited. Thank you to everyone at Grand Velas for an unforgettable stay. We’ll definitely be back!

The Grand Class Corner Suite was beautiful and spacious. The oceanfront balcony with private plunge pool was stunning! The food and drinks were excellent. Our concierge was attentive to any needs, especially coordinating a whale watching tour on short notice. The DJ played our favorite songs and provided excellent service as well. Overall, we were very happy with our stay at Grand Velas. We highly recommend booking Grand Velas Los Cabo’s. The whale watching tour was amazing!

If I could give this property more stars, I would. We travel extensively, and this has become one of the most professional, customer-oriented, high-quality resorts we've been to. I've been there twice now, and it has improved even from 2 years ago. It is challenging to find an all-inclusive that does not consistently try to upsell products and services, but Grand Velas does not do that. In addition, I have found recently that it is tough to find a hotel or resort where employees seem happy to be there and who are exceedingly customer-focused - Grand Velas has managed to find the margic combination and I cannot wait to return.

My third stay at the Grand Velas Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly and attentive staff, who ensured a smooth check-in process. The grandeur of the hotel's lobby instantly set the tone for the luxurious experience that awaited me. The room as always was immaculate and tastefully decorated, with a breathtaking view of the ocean. Every detail, from the plush bedding to the premium amenities, spoke of high quality. The daily housekeeping and turned down service was impeccable, maintaining the room's pristine condition throughout my stay. Dining at the Grand Velas was an unforgettable culinary journey. Each restaurant offered a unique menu with dishes that catered to diverse tastes, showcasing both local flavors and international cuisine. The service at the pool was consistently attentive and knowledgeable, enhancing the overall experience. The hotel's facilities were equally impressive. The spa provided a serene escape, offering an array of treatments that left me feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. The pool area was beautifully maintained, providing a perfect spot to unwind under the sun. Throughout my stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with any request made the experience truly exceptional. Antonio our concierge was amazing ! Excellent all inclusive resort, with lovely staff. 2 family friendly pools, amazing restaurants. We had such a relaxing time and the ocean facing room had a beautiful view.

Property was beautiful. We never left. My child loved the kid’s club. Food at Sin Lin was the best. The ceviche bar was delicious too. The grill and the churros and ice cream and the coffee bar were all fun choices. The disappointing food was breakfast and lunch buffet at Azul which was bland and not up to the dining standards of the other restaurants. The hotel was all inclusive which is so nice. We were told tips were included but every check had a section to add more. Not knowing how much of the all inclusive went to the tips - it was hard to know how much more to add. Felt like many of the staff were hoping for more. Seems like when we’re spending that much money - we shouldn’t have to think about adding more tips. That would be my biggest complaint. The other annoying thing is that I asked for healthy snacks in the mini bar and I was told they would get back to me - but never did. Other than that - it really is a special place.

We had an amazing stay at Grand Velas. The food and drink was 10/10. All areas of the property well maintained, friendly staff, great pool side service and gorgeous views.

The resort grounds are breathtakingly beautiful, well-maintained, and offer a true luxury feel. My butler ( Antinio) was exceptional, anticipating my needs before I even had to ask. Every detail, from check-in to check-out, was seamless. Now, let’s talk about the food—WOW! When they say “all-inclusive,” they truly mean everything is included. From breakfast, lunch, and dinner to premium drinks, I was blown away by the variety and quality. Every meal was a delightful experience with top-notch ingredients and world-class presentation. One of the biggest surprises was the Spa—absolutely worth it! The treatments were incredibly relaxing, and the atmosphere was pure bliss. Overall, this resort offers the ultimate luxury getaway with outstanding service, stunning surroundings, and a true all-inclusive experience (no hidden costs!). I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a worry-free vacations

Grand Velas was absolutely fabulous! We brought our 3 kids and we were spoiled from day one. Our personal concierge Blair was phenomenal. Friendly, professional and attentive to anything we needed. Typically we avoid all inclusive resorts because we enjoy higher quality dining and drinks - we decided to try Grand Velas based on other great reviews and we are so glad we did! We also have to give a shout out to Isabella who served us by the pool, she was fantastic!
