Good hotel for an overnight before an early flight. Staff were helpful-let us check in early, provided bag breakfast as we left very early, and provided wine and food in the bar in the afternoon for us. Room was adequate-we had an accessible room (not requested) that had a shower that was tricky to keep from overflowing onto the floor. Appreciated bedside lights and tables on both sides of the bed. Location across from beach seems ideal but have to find a way in through rubble and gated areas-seems the whole area is rundown

Convenient for an overnight stay close to the airport. Good breakfast included in price. Staff were helpful. Fridge was noisy- I had to unplug it to get to sleep. Otherwise very good.

Good internet, smart TVs, newly renovated suite with private plunge whirlpool. Area around the hotel somewhat depressing and dilapidated with several abandoned buildings, etc.

Coming at night to the back parking lot felt like a nightmare. Don't let the pictures of the hotel fool you. This is not a nice hotel, it was the worst experience I've ever had in a hotel. The fact that it's so close to the beach makes you think it's worth it, but it's not. The bed was worst than sleeping on the floor, the shower was flooding because of a clogged drain. This hotel must have been decent in the 80s, but it's the worst scam ever. The first night

We had a nice stay. The room was comfortable. The recommendation provided for La Barraca restaurant was an excellent evening nearby.

Out of Catania, needs a bus or Uber to town and back. Local to airport. Nice garden, clean pool.

The conditions in the hotel were terrible. the room and the bathroom were moldy and smelled bad. The Wifi was so weak that we could not use the internet at all. The only good point is that we dined at the hotel and the food and service were good.our request to change the room was denied. I do not recommend this hotel at all

Enjoyed the stay. Grounds are nicely landscaped. Location is close to the airport and has beach access. Service was friendly and the room was clean and quiet. The mattress was a bit hard.

The rooms were very clean and lovely and cool. The pool was really nice but the sunbed cushions a little tired and music played quite loud but that could be to drown out the noise from the traffic as the hotel is on a busy road. Breakfast was good. Overall a good place to stay for a few nights. It’s opposite the beach and near a bus stop to get in to the town. Uber cost €20 to the airport.

The hotel was nice looking, had decent AC, a nice pool, and access to a beach club right across the busy street. The street noise was kinda loud overnight, and the bed and pillow was hard.

Rooms are basic - but facilties were clear when booking so no suprise. The biggest assest for Le Dune... is its staff. Friendly, helpful, polite and everyone i saw had a smile on their face, which says a lot.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was lovely to have the pool at our disposal, and the spa would have been wonderful had it been open.The bed was comfortable but the room had a musty smell and there seemed to be mold spores between the shower tiles. It was nice to have a restaurant on site, although a bit overpriced, but the pasta was fresh and delicious.

Not a great stay. The location was not ideal and did not feel safe as a solo female traveller, for the few days I was there I was approached by males on several occasions just walking to the supermarket or to the beach. General location is run down and rather derelict. The mattress and pillows in the room were uncomfortable, just a single thin sheet usable as the sheets on the bed felt like thick denim and were unusable. Photos of the pool on the site are deceptive. In fact, during the time I stayed (mid-late march) there was no water in the pool at all. In addition to all of this there was also renovations occurring in the hotel. The hotel put me in a room next to those being renovated and was unfortunately woken up by each morning by drills and hammers. The do not disturb sign was on the door as I had arrived after 1am that morning, but one of the workers used a key to enter my room which was not appropriate or appreciated.
