Gorgeous area. Our hotel room was clean and quiet. We came off season. Such a beautiful place.

It is not the first time that we stayed here. This time though, we went a week before the season "started", so almost everything was closed. It would be great if this kind of thing gets communicated clearly to all guests to avoid disappointment.

Unfortunately this hotel is overpriced. The standard not really ok for this price, breakfast i would say quite bad and I was there during winter time where road to the hotel was full of ice where it was easy to fall over and hurt yourself.

Room was nice except for bathroom which was dated. Great location close to the sea. Nice Corona-adjusted breakfast with friendly staff. Restaurant staff rather young and inexperienced, did not clean up mess made during serving and were focusing on their phones rather than being attentive to customers. Gym rather run down.

Pite Havsbad is a JOKE! It is not a hotel, it is a scam. Check-in was horrible. Staff in polite without any service mind whatsoever. Over crowded and with a complete brake down in non-smoking compliance

Staff in the grill was great. Staff at front desk was ok. I was really disappointed when we were told that pool was only open from 4-8 andwoukd be closed the entire following day. Front desk person proceeded to tell me “ you should know that summer in Sweden is only 4 weeks”. Whhhat? First, that’s not true, I’ve been to Sweden many summers and secondly, the pool and water park are indoors!

Bra frukost, stort utbud. Fint fräscht rum med utsikt över vattnet.

Hutlöst dyrt i resturangen och väldigt slitet rum och otroligt osköna sängar! Sista gången

Bra frukost. Fantastiskt läge vid stranden.

Receptionen sa som inte vart vi kunde parkera eller vart vi hittar frukosten på morgonen. Eller när vi måste checka ut. Saknad servicen och rummet var lite grisigt med fläckar i handfatet och badkar.

Behövs en uppfräschning av badrummen. Restaurang dyr i förhållande till vad man fick. Skeppets lekytor typ bowlingen behöver fräschas upp, skor sönder och banorna lutar.

Fint rum, relativt svalt (bottenvåning) trots +27 ute. Lugn atmosfär och massor av aktiviteter!

Hotel room is outdated. When we came, the bed looked like someone just used it. It was wrinkly and dirty which was fixed immediately after we told the reception about it. The resort needs upgrading with its amenities and standards. The condition of the resort now doesn’t appear to be as a 5-star Hotel. The beach is full of trash all over its shore. Very disappointing to see that cleaning the main attraction is not in the hotels priority. Parking is confusing, lack of signs and no parking near the hotel. Did not really enjoy our stay due to higher expectations. Not what I think is worth the price.

Gammelt bad på hotellrom Manglede Ventilasjon, og A/C som gjorde rommet veldig varmt og klamt. Frokosten kunne vært bedre

Flott plass , har alt for en ferie for familie.
