What a lovely stay! We came at New Years and our room faced the town fireworks show. Breakfast was luxurious and the staff couldn’t have been more kind. They took excellent care of every detail. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect location. Good breakfast. Convenient parking. But…. Our big room with stunning park/casino view wasn’t in good condition . No air conditioning, we couldn’t even open the window because of huge black bugs. Safe in the room was out of order ( probably low battery). Fridge cabinet was empty. Nice hotel but weak management.

This was a last minute booking (made as we were waiting to board our flight to Vienna) as our previous booking cancelled that day. Check in would have closed, by the time we arrived at the hotel. A staff member got in contact quickly to advise of this fact. A late check in facility was advised / instructions issued, so that everything could go smoothly on arrival. This fast response and great customer service resulted in an enjoyable stay, rather than a very stressful one. I cannot thank them enough.

Great location opposite kurpark and casino, so had wonderful view of new year fireworks. Also close to town centre. Staff very friendly and lovely rooms.

Very unhelpful receptionist, all staff couldn't care less. In the suite, there was no air conditioning and no fan. 35 degrees inside and outside. Not even a bottle of complimentary water. For a 4-star hotel? Only a person 2m20 tall could open the windows. I had to get a chair from the balcony to open the windows. Dirty bidet. Breakfast buffet- completely lacked soul and warmth. will not return

Zimmer Upgrade wegen fehlender Vorhänge bzw. keine Rollos. Upgrade gleiches Zimmer nur mit Balkon auf die Straße. Frühstücksbüffet sehr reich an Auswahl. Zentral gelegen.

Zimmer, check-Inn und Standort sind super, Frühstück selbst war in Ordnung, nur die Kaffeemachine war kaputt und die Gäste mussten für eine Tasse Kaffee extra zahlen. Chef hat das so entschieden und das Personal war gezwungen das Geld von der Gäste zu kassieren oder privat aus zu legen.

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Bra frukost men saknade en kvällsrestaurang, kanske var under ombyggnad?
