This is Homestay not hotel. Host didn't received our order after called to confirm. She very nice give us stay first cause she still got room (luckily host still got room, I can't imagine how terrible if room full) and will check again. After know that this app hasn't in Taiwan. They are another agent. I booked 4 person room, host give us 6 person room due to last minute arrange for it. But the room very big and design very cute, beautiful, a lots of bear. Look like fairy tale world.
