مكان جميل والعاملين هناك رائعين ان كان مطعم او ريسيبشن يحتاجون يشدون علي الهاوس كيبنج شويه متخاذلين

It was terrible stay, checked it in the midnight. no hot water in the room, was forced to take shower in cold water. complained in the morning but wasn't fixed till i checked out in the afternoon.

It is not only a Hotel, it is the best resort you can have your holidays in. Nice atmosphere and facilities specially the pool side, kids cinema and gaming cafe. Excellent staff, the receptionists and the restaurant crew. A special thanks to Yasser “ Operation Manager”, the guy who you find everywhere in tho hotel to welcome you and solve your problems. In the pool he guides you to a place you sit, In the restaurant he help you to get a free table for your breakfast and refills for any item. He is here and there for you. Just one comment, seems that the Hotel needs more staff for the rush times.

깨끗한 방 과 시설이 좋아요

Facility is good generally. Also, quality of meals (breakfast) is good. Staff service is normal. Location is not bad but there are nothing in the surroundings of the hotel.

Todo muy bien, buen trato, limpio, agradable, buena comida…excelente

Das Hotel ist außerhalb gelegen, daher wird ein Auto oder Taxi benötigt um irgend wohin zukommen. Das Hotel ist Sauber und man hat alles was man braucht.
