There was plenty of parking and room was adjacent to tge car park, very handy. Beds were very comfortable and the towels were very good A perfect location for a one night stop over

For an old building it's fine , lady on reception was very helpful and made sure we had a quiet room as we were travelling quite a way.

Breakfast selection was excellent.Coffee was terrible. no second cup of coffee offered. we saw the hotel from the street. a sign with an arrow said parking for the hotel.we fpllowed this instruction 3 times. we went back to the high street and parked in a disabled space. we went into the hotel and the receptionist came out and opened the adjoining gate so we could park in hotel parking.Receptionist was good.Coffee and milk provision in room could have been better. provision of bath sheets only is wasteful.

Fairly well maintained, older property. Helpful staff, good breakfast.

The staff were really helpful and looked after us well. Hotel is in good location and about half an hour drive to Salisbury and Stone Hedge. The free parking helps. The hotel can do with TLC

The shower kept switching between v cold & v hot. Useless. The room needs refurbishment.

Allocated a room in the carpark.... Clean room, but bed hard. Faulty door lock, very little security. Also door opened outward... Room upgraded to one in the courtyard, larger with better security. Staff helpful, private parking, shops nearby... Just ignore the noisy early delivery and banging late at night.... 4 night stay. Overall good in the end.

It was difficult to drive to. The rooms are tired. My sink took ages to clear when it did it came up in the bath filling it with black scum. Staff were lovely but breakfast was cold

Lovely reception at check-in. Room was lovely and clean and a good size (120). Breakfast was fresh and staff attentive. Will definitely stay again

Good condition room and facilities. There was an issue pre paying for breakfast at check-in but this could have been for many reasons.
