I've never regretted staying at Four Points Tunjungan Plaza. Usually for office work, but this time it was just a staycation and a relaxing stroll. The twin-bed room is very comfortable, and the spacious bed can accommodate two people. Access to the hotel is just a matter of dragging, either through the TP 5 parking lot or next to Sogo. The breakfast menu is very varied, don't miss it. If you have the opportunity and the budget, you won't regret staying at Four Points Hotel again and again :)

It was a pleasant stay, especially the breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful. The menu was delicious and varied, with plenty of choices. However, the check-in time needs improvement, as I had to wait about 20 minutes to be served. Thank you.

I stayed there yesterday during the holiday season, full of families. There was a waiting list for breakfast, but that didn't diminish the service; everyone was friendly, kind, and empathetic. The food was delicious, and the pool was clean. Hopefully, I'll be able to stay there again.
