Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms, very spacious. Food was good, but breakfast buffet not worth the price. The bar and minimarket seem to be permanently closed. The tiles in our room could have used some mopping (we had black feet few minutes after arriving to the room). Some towels had expired their service life.

I haven't been put in the room I booked. I've asked and asked to be moved to it but been denied (I didn't want the upgrade to a 4 person room or I would of bought it when I took my time choosing). Noise in the room is constant with a broken pump dishing out rusty water on the roof. Absolute Empty kitchen! How's this a bonus if you can't use it. Lighting is ridiculous, on or off are your choices, even with a twin. Mozzies are out of control, I believe there may be other pests too. No privacy, I have about 50 students visitors outside my room on the swing or sitting on my bench or I can be face to face with security hut. Security Man during the day in uniform is kind however some night are less desirable. Breakfast disappointing, even worst we see the buffet for others but not allowed to have. It's empty yesterday however the flurry is constant so peace doesn't last. It ' s a venue as well. Pool nice, staff sweet but very few English speakers. Washing machine and free push bikes. So disappointed, I can't wait to leave 🥺. We've had guest celebrations this 24-26 but no invite so restaurant and pub has been off limits in evening. English wait to be invited. Nice to see others enjoying themselves.

resort to many mosquitoes, at night, in the room, there is a strong smell of mosquito medicine but still cannot kill mosquitoes. Cards from the room are broken, the water in the resort pool too much chlorine smell very toxic feeling. With the price of 650k / day and night with a standard room of 24m2 compared to other hotels, it is still far behind the quality. The rest is cool, lots of trees, enthusiastic service staff.

Spacious and airy campus. Large room, clean, separate kitchen and washing machine for each room, very convenient. The restaurant is airy and bright, the food is simple but delicious. Lots of trees and animals. Friendly and enthusiastic worker. Will come back if given the opportunity
