The apartment was very clean and excellent location. Very good communication from our host. The only problem was the apartment was very noisy. The upstairs neighbors talked and argued until 1 am every day and you could hear them walking around and opening and closing closet doors. The hallways echoed and you could hear everyone coming and going at all hours slamming their doors. It’s a shame because everything else was great.

Great location and amenities. Manager was great and instructions were clear and thorough. We really appreciated our time here.

Koen was a great host ! Great communication through WhatsApp. The apartment was spotless and even a bottle of Cava for us in fridge ! Apartment had everything we needed for our weeks stay . Kitchen was modern and all dishes , pots etc included as well as dishwasher ! Location of apartment was superb ! Right in historic Center ! Fruit market , grocer , cafes , shops - right outside the front door . And walkable to all tourist attractions! Highly recommend this apartment !

Professional service, well appointed and great location

Host was amazing, friendly and very helpful. Apartment was beautiful and super clean. Location great, but we didn’t sleep all 3 nights as there was loud music outside until 2/3am with doors slamming every half an hour and we could hear people talking outside. Location is great party people maybe but not for families. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable:((

Had a great time at Casa Cozy. Apartment was as advertised and is on a quiet street in a good area. Host provided helpful tips for seeing the city and check in was easy. Definitely would come back again on another visit to Valencia.

Location is fantastic - easy to walk or cycle everywhere. Great modern apartment in a lovely old building. Hosts are really helpful and welcoming. Bike hire next door and small supermarket a couple of doors away to make self catering very easy.

Central location. Walking distance to all central attractions.

Casa Cosy had everything we needed for a family of adults and was perfectly situated to explore this lovely city. Right on one of the main streets of old town, very clean, cool building with comfortable beds and full kitchen. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay in Casa Cosy apartment. The location was fantastic and walking distance to everywhere in the old city. The apartment was very modern and clean and street noise could not be heard as the apartment is at the back of the building, although in the morning you could hear the other tenants coming down the stairs. Rooms were quite dark, but the lighting was good and in summer months this will be ideal as it will make the place a lot cooler. Lot of information was given by the owner Koen and there was a file there as well with local info. We just walked from Alameda station through the park to reach the apartment, which just took about 20 minutes. A nice touch was the bottle of Cava left for us and some butter/ marmelade/tea and coffee.Definitely would recommend this place.

The apartment was very clean and modern nicely decorated but no verander. Good equiped kitchen with dish washer but no washing machine. Excellent bathroom with walk in shower. Unfortunately had to climb a couple of flight of stairs to get to apartment as there was no lift. Main corridor area to apartment in need of serious decoration.

We felt very welcomed by Koen who is lovely and very helpful. The location is perfect and the street is lively but inside the apartment was very quiet. Would love to stay again!!!

The location is excellent and the staff very friendly. The provided complimentary cava, fruits and tea/coffee on arrival. The only limitation, although small, worth mentioning is that the apartment was very simple in decor.

It is a spacious apartment in a great location in the Old Town. Very close to the main sights and near to many bars and restaurants. It has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Metro is about 10 minutes walk. Would stay there again if we come back to Valencia!

Ótima localização e apartamento

We had a small issue with the heater and the owner reacted quickly. He was very helpful. I can recommend this appartment, but don't expect a nice view, because there are no windows. This was not a problem for me personally.
