We had a good stay, nice staff. Don’t expect much for the price.

It is a basic hotel in the city. Staff is very helpful. If you are going to be out and about the whole day and only come to sleep, then it’s an affordable option.

There is nothing especially remarkable about this hotel but it was very good and clean and centrally located.

Very bad service, no tea or coffee and even water is not available

There was no cleanliness and tea or coffee available in room, even free water was also not available.

Everything was good, except for the internet.

Price good but not clean hotel and not comfortable, service is bad, samll room and bathroom

Decent hotel with all the facilities you would expect except I couldn't get the air conditioning to work

People are friendly and staff were supportive. We can not expect prompt service.

Yapılan rezervasyon otelin sistemlerine yansımamış. Ayrıca rezervasyon ettiğimiz otel odası otelin sisteminde dolu görünüyormuş. Bu nedenle sorunun çözümü için yarım saatten fazla bekledik.

We waited 30min (at night) before we got the keys, because they couldn't find our reservation:(
