The hotel was good and room large. The breakfast was varied and plenty of it. The safe in the room didn’t work, and I reported it, and was told the technician would repair it- but never did. The room was too hot and the heating couldn’t be turned down. It had air conditioning but they did not give the controls out as it was winter. They said open the windows, which was fine, but the room faced a busy street so it was loud, and not possible when I wanted to sleep

A wonderful hotel with easy walking distance to the old town! Staff was very friendly and welcoming when I arrived and throughout my stay. I will stay again when I am back in Olomouc!

Great location and very friendly staff!

This is a great hotel if you wish to walk the old town area. Close to trams, a little grocery store and a money exchange place. Nice rooms, great breakfast, but No ice machine and no fridges, but they do have a/c in the rooms. You’ll need it in Olomouc in June-August.

Good location, easy parking, rich breakfast & friendly staff. More then enough for one night stay.

Location. Room and staff were excellent . Only downfall was perhaps the breakfast particularly in comparison to other breakfasts we have recently had on our trip so far.

Close to main square. The hotel and Staff are the best!!! We loved our breakfast times with Veronica as our hostess. You will not be disappointed.

Great access to historic Olomouc

Everything was great, the room was a little warm but we couldn’t figure out how to use the air conditioner. The breakfast was really good as well ! Thanks for the great stay

Tom was Great

Most rooms face the very noisy cobbled street with non stop opened bars and grocery shops attracting yelling customers. Despite the fact so hotel was more than half empty, staff was not able to offer a different room.

Perfect location. Easy tram ride to station. This was a highlight of a four week Europe trip. Moravian food is superb.

Extra clean and well appointed. Reliable wifi and airco. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Great buffet breakfast and prime locality only a few minutes walk from all the important and enjoyable tourist sites......museums, art galleries, cathedral, parks, microbreweries, etc.

Easy to get to from freeway, free self parking, excellent walking location to town, restaurants, etc.

The clerk gave us a beautiful travel guide to the area. He was extremely helpful and friendly
