A very enjoyable 5 nights stay. Breakfast has something to suit everyone and staff were excellent at keeping food topped-up and plates cleared. Plenty of room around the good sized hotel pool and the activities provided by staff were welcome. The hotel is clean and in good condition, with renovation clearly happening. As we were there at a quiet time, we were given a room upgrade and the room with lounge was spacious and fresh. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, shops and beaches close-by but the hotel is very peaceful.

We had the best time at Barceló Corralejo — it was exactly the winter break we needed. From the moment we arrived, the staff made everything feel effortless and welcoming, and the whole atmosphere of the hotel was just beautiful. The location is perfect too — close to loads of shops, cafés, and restaurants, and super easy to get around. Whether we wanted to explore Corralejo or just relax by the pool, everything was right at our fingertips. A huge thank you to the amazing team for my sweet birthday treat and celebration. It was such a thoughtful surprise and honestly made my trip feel extra special. I really felt celebrated, and the kindness from the staff genuinely touched me.

Good hotel, could do with some renovations….but overall it’s a lovely hotel and does what it says on the tin…lovely staff. Nobody seems to talk to anyone around the pool, just in the smoking area! lol

It was ideally situated for shops, restaurants and beach. For a 4 star hotel I was disappointed that the guest services desk was never staffed, that the safe in the room was not supplied free of charge, and that there were no tissues supplied in the room (although toothbrushes were supplied, which was unnecessary). I should also mention that the sofa in my room was badly stained.

Patricia on Reception is Fabulous Very Professional and Knowledgeable The hotel is very impressive and kept immaculately clean. The gardens are beautiful next to the pool and it's in an ideal location for the town centre.

Such a well run hotel . The staff are just superb . From the pool bar to the spa staff and from the house keepers to the entertainers. Everyone made you welcome and addressed your every needs . I loved the food options, there was a different theme each night. Will be returning !

Wonderful hotel. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was beautiful, clean and tidy. Pool area was amazing. Various activities such as aqua fit, food tasting, entertainment. Had some spa treatments which were fantastic. Couldn't fault anything and had a wonderful holiday x

Perfectly average is probably yhe best way to describe this hotel - there’s not really anything to complsin about but it also won’t be my most memorable stay. Located just off the main street, so an easy walk to both centre and the beach. Plenty of free street parking around the hotel was also with a rental car.

The suite rooms do not have a closed off door area, so if you want an area for children to sleep and adults to watch tv or talk etc forget it a all sounds will be heard including snoring

Nice quiet hotel very near main strip but no noise from it. Salt water pool nice, bit chilly but I’m sure it will warm up later in summer. Nice varied food for most of our 10 day stay. Staff very friendly and professional from front seat to wait staff to kitchen staff to housekeeping.Georgia from animation team a real asset as she tried her hardest to get people involved in activities which I’m sure is a thankless task always friendly and bubbly an asset to the hotel. Slight niggles are beds very hard but they put this right with a couple of toppers in the bed. Aircon in room 2206 not great had 3 engineers out but no difference was ok as quite cool at this time of year but it would struggle if it were hot outside.

Amazing hotel right in the heart of Corralejo. Staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble. Always a hello or a good morning from which ever member of staff you come across. Rooms are all equipped and spacious. If you want that bit more outside space go for a room which a hot tub. You have your own patio with sun loungers and an umbrella. This was our third visit to this hotel, we are planning for our fourth

A little way to the beach but convenient for the main strip and shops.Has a good write up but we didn’t think it was that good.The room (double with terrace) was ok but really quite basic.The restaurant was ok but not really that Special ,more like a large canteen.The breakfast options were very good but was not impressed with the evening Buffett .Pool area was fine with lots of chairs etc In summary OK but have stayed in many better 4 star hotels in Spain and would not recommend this one

Great hotel in all respects. Spotlessly clean, comfy, spacious room, friendly, helpful staff. Wouldn’t hesitate to return
