The welcome was great and Andy went an extra mile to make us feel comfortable. She even offered an extra room for free as there had been a mistake during booking. However, they need to improve on their breakfast setup especially when the place is full by making sure that they have enough food for all the guests an also offer variety. The lady who was cooking on the first day was very rude and not accommodative. Overall though, we loved the place and wouldn't mind referring others there.

We were upgraded because our section of the Hotel was fully booked. Very good accommodation.

We arrived late in the evening and there was nobody at reception.The security guy gave us the key to our room .It was a heavy rain that night and the sound or the drops on the metal roof made a terrible noise the whole night. There was a power cut that lasted all night which was as well not not very comfortable . Breakfast was good and the staff friendly.

We drove through Kruger National Park in the early morning and then we did a guided night tours with a braai. We had a wonderful time.

This is a great hotel with very helpful staff but please be careful which room you stay in as some of the roooms do not have a door between the bathroom/toilet and the main room.

O local está bem perto de um dos portões do Kruger. Parada estratégica para quem quer partir a viagem. Só achei estranho o cafe da manhã porque precisei falar com 3 pessoas para pedir 2 ovos a mais. Não achei isso legal.

hübsxhes hotel genau passend für safari sehr in der nähe vom krüger nationalpark max 5min mit dem auto... die gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben bei allem sehr geholfen... danke danke an andy und seiner familie... sehr empfehlenswert ;) 5 sterne!!!

hotel correct mais pas mal de vis a vis avec les autres chambre piscine trop proche des logements et manque d'intimité.
