Well I said bad because of communication problems with their staff, and they committed to help me with my problem and nothing happened. The air conditioner also broke down and they gave us electric fan. The room was well maintained and very neat Mejiro station. Food was good but very few choices.

The rooms are bigger than other hotel rooms at the same price, unfortunately the hotel is a bit old but cleanliness is maintained. The receptionist can speak English and is friendly.

Very nice. Only 200 m from the Mejiro station, you can use the yamanitt line jar to Shinjuku, Shibuya, Harajuku, Tokyo Station and others. Breakfast is pretty decent, with clear descriptions in English. Around the hotel there are also quite a lot of shops and the road is quite open.

Very close from JR station so no need to use passmo to pay.

I had a good time there, close to station, so many good foods around, familymart just across the building.. one thing that I really don't like is the service, they are all not really fluent in English, and one of the staffs is very unfriendly and unhelpful... he is quite tall, with black spikey wet-look hair...

During my 9 days in Japan, Richmond Mejiro was the most satisfying hotel I have stayed. The hotel is close to the Jr station and restaurants around the cheap hotels. The most abundant breakfast among other hotels. The room is not too cramped, so I have no trouble walking in the room. I brought 2 suitcases + a tandem stroller. Very good and friendly service. If you go to Tokyo I will stay here again.

The location is quite close to the Mejiro train station, walking distance about 5 minutes, the facilities in all are ok and clean only the rooms are indeed small, then I ordered a small double room, if you go out with 1 child aged 9th this room feels very narrow. Maybe hrs book twin bed room will be more relieved .... but besides everything is ok and the service is very friendly, especially the reception staff are friendly and very kind.

Very clean, and the staff are very cooperative, most of them can speak basic english, one thing that really disappointing is they don’t provide mineral water on the complimentary, but overall it’s nice place to stay.

The hotel is not big but charming and clean. In accordance with the price. Not far from station mrt. And there is a restaurant.
