Very friendly staff, front desk, cleaning staff. Very one we saw was smiling and courteous! Very clean hotel! Breakfast was yummy!

The front desk charged me again in addition to the Expedia payment charge and then they tried to blame me. Now they are supposed to give me a refund for the double charge.

First the good: great front staff, clean room and comfortable beds and pillows. Cleaning staff are excellent. Location easy to access. Breakfast good except for the stupid wooden utensils you have to use like a 17th century serf because of the moronic laws passed by the Liberal idiot king. The bad: grossly overpriced for the room. In my opinion and experience, you’re paying top dollar for a budget motel room. Sliding combination closet-bathroom door is noisy and not soundproof. Paper cups instead of glass is tacky and cheap. Also because of the location, emergency response vehicle sirens can be easily heard.

Check in staff were very courteous. Housekeepers were pleasant and friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Stayed four night and room required a request to clean. Requested after second night to clean but they never came. Staff was rude to delivery guy. Would not let him park nor bring my order to my room. Although I seen others were able to do so previously. Not very accommodating experience.
