Clean hotel and friendly staff, easy access to everything

Rooms were neglected. Didn't feel like Mariott. Didn't have any toilet amenities. Had to pay for a toothbrush too. We booked two rooms and they gave it to us on different floors. Staff was bad. No buffet.

The room was very clean and the in room amenities were both functional and beautiful. Staff was polite and helpful. Good location for easy access to the old city.

We had a nice stay room was perfect clean and confortable. The breakfast was expensive and small. Its a good location near everything and access was easy!

Only bad thing, the matress was too smooth, I woke up with a backache.

Good location

This is one of the most spacious and wellaid out rooms I have stayed in in a long time. It was super comfortable! Staff were so helpful and friendly. Close to the mall and some really cool restaurants. Will definitely stay here again when I am in Quebec in the future.

Clean room. Nice and modern.

Only cleaned the room every other day. The website said it was close to Old Quebec and it was not. It was in the middle of an industrial centre. Had dinner in the hotel as it was the only place close….service was terrible. The food and drinks expensive

The location was ideal for us. Not too far from the city and easy convenient to the highway

They only make the room every other day. I requested the front desk to just empty the trash bin one time, they said ok but they didn’t do it

Close to the cycling path leading to downtown cycling and the cheminot corridor. However dirty glasses were not replaced with and coffee machine not cleaned.. surprising for that type of hotel
