Centrally located, close to museums and major sites including train station if you want to take day trips to other cities, staff were helpful and knowledgeable about the city and made very helpful suggestions related to logistics; room was spacious for two people, kept clean daily with no intrusions at any time; most of all, place was quiet, relaxed, and very peaceful; overall excellent choice for anyone.

Great Hotel. 5 minutes to Plaza del Sol, 10 minutes to Gran Via!. On map, looks like its in a narrow alley way, but actually in a park like area, no traffic. Very Quiet area!!!!! Very helpful staff that got us a good taxi to the airport in the morning. Without hesitation, I would stay here again!!

This is my second time staying at the hotel. Staff is wonderful, location is great - walking distance to all, safe location, immaculately clean room, amenities were great, free breakfast.
