No Lift available, while we stayed at third floor. And no porter help us bringing the bag upstairs. Room is too small and smelly. The hallway is too complicated.

This hotel no have a lift. Very tired to go up stair.

The floor is very slippery, the floor is steamy, if possible the floor should not be too slippery, afraid of falling parents, but I like this with the diorg staff, thanks.

The room was exactly as described in the pictures and description. I had anticipated after reading some other reviews that it would be noisy as there was a bar next door. I decided to take a windowless room and luckily that prevented any noise to travel into my room. The front desk is also on the second floor, so I'd warn people who might bring heavy luggage because there are no lifts, only stairs. Plus point: right next door to Sunway Pyramid!

Good service, friendly and polite

The rooms are clean, reasonably priced, just crossing the Sunway Lagoon Mall. At night there are food vendors using cars that are really good and keep going right and left all 24 hours. The receptionist is also new, so the deposit paper is gone, then he is still given the money back. Anyway, very good overall!

Space is small but convenient to access to malls and transportation. No water boiler in the room and the washroom is glassed wall and door, something that you may need to consider if you're travelling with family/friends as washroom privacy is another issue...

I booked deluxe queen room, and the room is not same to the pic. It's too small for us.
