The location is strategic, with easy access to the airport for travellers, trains, and buses. There are options for shopping and dining, especially Indian cuisines. Lots of food varieties in the area.

The hostel location is really strategic. It's really close to the bus station KL Sentral. Next to it is a convenience store, and there is a 7 Eleven across the road. The staff is really nice and helpful. I checked out at 3 AM and walked to the bus station very safely; the neighborhood was still alive. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very close to KL Sentral, making it easy to access and easy to find. Although the room didn't have air conditioning, I didn't feel hot at night, and the room was clean, although there was limited space. Unfortunately, the men's and women's rooms are on the same floor, and the bathrooms are shared, which I found uncomfortable for women. However, the hotel has elevator access, making it convenient for guests. Check-in and check-out were also hassle-free. For a sudden overnight stay near KL Sentral, this accommodation was quite adequate.

I booked a room for a few days. The room was quite clean with a fan. The shared bathroom was also clean. Drinking water isn't provided, but it can be purchased from the convenience stores next to and in front of the hotel. The location is very close to the station and the mall. There are many restaurants nearby.

The staff are rude, both the locals in the morning and the whites at night. They are very uncommunicative. The hostel has a closing time because the owner is stingy and only wants to pay two shifts. So, when closing time comes, it's a hassle for the guests. When you wake up in the morning and want to drink water or make coffee, you can't because the pantry is locked and there's no one there. The employee with the key doesn't arrive until 8. Even though by 8, people are already going about their activities. It's better to find another hostel, one that's open 24 hours and has a 24-hour staff member on duty.

The staff is very unfriendly. The hostel isn't open 24 hours, and it has a closing time. It only opens at 8 a.m., which is too late. The pantry is locked, so you can't fill the dispenser in the morning, or make coffee. This is the first time I've been to a hostel like this. I've been to hostels every time I've been abroad, like in Singapore, Malacca, and Penang, but never like this. I wanted to make coffee early in the morning, but Maggy couldn't because the pantry was locked and the staff hadn't arrived yet. The place is ugly, there's no floor, just cement. It's 2025, and the floor is cement, not ceramic. It's dirty and dusty.

The location was good and easy to find. The place surroundings are full of coffee shops, shopping malls, sundry shops. Nearby worship places such as mosques, churches, and temples. It's convenient to find public transport. Very good Wi-Fi connectivity. The staff are friendly and helpful.
