I stayed here for 2 nights from 2 to 4 August 2025. The entrance door was always problematic, even though it had been repaired and updated, it was still difficult to get into the room, the AC wasn't cold enough, (239), apart from that it was good.

I always stay here every time I visit Makassar. The rooms are spacious, the hotel is comfortable, and the location is close to the airport.

It's very close to the airport so you don't have to rush to get to the airport.

Because the hotel not directly close to main road, this is helpful for avoiding the traffic sounds. Good to have a short walk around the hotel. The restaurant’s staffs were very nice. I like the breakfast options. But one thing that needs to improve is the chair to working table. Unfortunately I can’t use the table to work a bit since there is no chair at all.

Great. 4-star hotel service but reasonably priced, clean, and close to the airport. I'll stay there again next time, thank you.

Harper is the first hotel we stayed at while traveling to Makassar, its close access to the city, to the beach and also to the shopping center. The right choice for us, besides the super cheap price including breakfast, also the place is comfortable, spacious, clean, the interior design is beautiful, very suitable for those who like photography, also the food menu is super delicious with a variety of choices, as well as the service is very pleasant, friendly, smiling, polite and kind, next trip to Makassar, we will definitely come back, always success

Every time I go on holiday to MKSR, I always stay here. Harper is very comfortable. The service is satisfactory and the staff are friendly.

Everything was satisfactory except the location is very far from the city center, but as a transit hotel, it's perfectly fine. Just want to remind you not to just grab snacks and drink water in the room, it's paid, bestie, it's not free, so bring your own snacks and drinking water/bottle. There's a dispenser in the hallway for water refills. Happy staycation, everyone!🥰

Overall, everything was good, but there were a lot of ants. I bought a hotel cake and it was so delicious, but after leaving it for a while, lots of ants came 😭. But I will stay here again next time I go to Makassar.

The food is delicious, and the entire staff is friendly. The cleanliness is also excellent.
