A warm welcome. Room is spacious with all amenities. Balcony was a lovely bonus but needs an outside light. Wellness room was lovely. Some calming music played in the background would be beneficial as the place echoes.

Well-designed and modern-looking rooms. Good location. Friendly staff.

Only thing I wish was better is I wish the wellness spa was open early in the morning. Otherwise, my wife and I had a lovely stay.

Property is well kept. Had insight dinning restaurant with Bar. Rooms are okay. Has a lift/elevator. Close to Sarnen Train station say about 500 meters. It is about 16-25 ride from Lucerne. Away from all the noisy city centre. Liked and may visit again but not during the hot summer months as they and most hotels do not have A/C.

This hotel is outside the city of Lucerne but only 20 minutes away. It is nice and peaceful, which was our preference. The Mt. Pilatus train station in Alpnachstadt is just a few minutes away. We got to enjoy both sunset and sunrise from our balcony. The staff were friendly and professional and the room was clean and uniquely charming but with modern conveniences. The restaurant served excellent local favorite dishes. We look forward to another stay in the coming years.

Fantastic hotel , staff went above and beyond , the food was fantastic and well presented , I also believe that air con is soon to be fitted in the hotel rooms which it defiantly needs in the hot weather But overall this is a great safe place to visit and as said the staff are amazing 👏👏👏

A hotel staff with a heart in the super-nice heart of Switzerland.

Our front desk receptionist was lovely and polite- helped us book a funicular ride and gave us first aid kit. She was a beautiful brunette with glasses and pretty eyes. We checked in on 4/12/25

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt- hier passt alles! Das Abendessen war hervorragend, super Service , kleiner aber schöner Saunabereich und zum Abschluss tolles Frühstück. Parken ist kostenlos.

Sehr freundlich und gutes Restaurant. Der Wellness-Bereich ist ansprechend. Die Betten sind in Ordnung, jedoch nicht atmungsaktiv.
