The room was spacious and air-conditioned. Nice touch with the Port wine gift in the room.

The beds seemed fine but the air conditioning didn’t work properly. The bedroom overlooked the back where a constant whirring noise from the multiple air con condensers were placed. From time to time, we can smell cigarette smoke even throughout the night. The night that we stayed there was a massive argument outside between a group of men n women which could clearly be heard in the apartment.

Friendly staff, clean , spacious room, convinient location

Nice location, however street noise was very loud. Hot water was very rust colored, probably from impending hot water heater dysfunction. One of overhead lights constantly flickered. Supermarket nearby. Loved the beautiful and huge bath towels. Pleasantly surprised by a bottle of Port Tawny.

Went to leave our bags before check-in and was happily surprised that our room was ready and able to get in early. Very big room with lots of space to spread out. Staff very friendly.

Very central location, apartment very good and clean, staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast served in a basket delivered to your door, continental style and plenty of it.

This property fit our needs perfectly. My husband and two adult children were visiting Porto’s tourist attractions in Old Town. This property is about 5 small blocks from Sao Bento Tran station. The rooms occupy the upper levels of a lovely old building. The rooms are ultra modern, were immaculate, and included a huge breakfast (enough for lunch) in a picnic basket delivered to our door! Andrea was kind enough to let us check in very early and gave us a great local restaurant recommendation. Thank you Porto Old Town Apartments!

This apartment worked perfectly for us. Excellent location, close to, but pleasantly removed from the very crowded riverfront. Very helpful staff, & convenient to the Metro. We are seniors & walked from the train station (1.8 km away) with no problems. Many good & reasonably priced restaurants close by. We took ear plugs because people complained about street noise but never used them. Very comfortable bed & no street noise to speak of in early October. Good breakfast delivered & coffee next door if you can't wait. Overall excellent value.

Great location and overall easy stay.

Great, very clean, very large, breakfast was perfect. Some building work next door but that’s the case for most of Porto. About 15 minute walk down to river

Told i couldn't have breakfast but then i could when it was too late (as it was incl in the price of my stat) but they didnt realise. Wifi meant to be incl but didnt eirk in lobby nor in room. Service was extremely amateur, unprofessional and unfriendly. Manager/ppl at reception never there (it dors state not 24hr) difficult to contact and doesnt seem to know whats going on in her premises shes managing. Good location to trindade metro st and reasonable room

A very large apartment with everything you need for a stay in Porto. Fresh picnic basket breakfast delivered each morning. Only issue was the constant noise from the extremely loud road works right outside.
