“Our stay was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and in a perfect location for exploring the city. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with recommendations and any questions we had. The room was spacious, quiet, and well maintained, with a very comfortable bed and excellent amenities. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations, and it truly made our trip even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay

It was alright. I wouldn't call it five star by any stretch. Stayed at a handful of three star hotels in Barcelona and Paris and the service was exceptionally better there. We had Star Prestige and the all inclusive. Star Prestige not worth it. All inclusive is "mostly" inclusive and the food was alright but not "five star" amazing. There is a limit of three alcoholic drinks at lunch and three at dinner. Having a limit on quantity is fine, but it would've been nice to be able to get a drink by the pool or in the lobby bar as part of the "all inclusive" we were paying for. Area is very much a party area with groups of incredibly intoxicated Germans roaming the streets, chanting and singing but the hotel was more or less secluded from this. But makes it tricky to take a stroll to the beach without encountering completely plastered groups of guys. I would not return. It did not meet my expectations.

Staff professional and helpful. Lovely hotel although could maybe be maintained a little better outside. Opposite the hotel a wall was graffitied and brought down the location & surrounding area it was the first thing you saw when arriving at the hotel

I had a great time in Iberostar. The staff was really helpful and accommodating. Unforgettable experience among the best I had.

The cleaners were thorough . The layout of room was inappropriate as sink was not with toilet or shower and more in the main bedroom . The shower did not drain the water quick enough therefore it collected water

Great breakfast buffet 😀 I only wish the coffee cups were bigger because staff were too busy to keep refilling - maybe provide coffee machines to allow self service?

Replace the chef and the kitchen staff.

Our stay was wonderful. Some of our favourite things included; the delicious food, the convenient and well maintained bike storage, the spa and especially the friendly and helpful staff.

Room is spacious and clean. Food has great variety. Great location. Lots of compliments from hotel (drinks, flower , cookies) Good Sauna I personally don’t love when toilet and sink not private, especially that at night light turns on automatically. If you stay with another person it’s disturbing sleep. But still have enjoyed staying at the Hotel.

Limited pool hours were unfortunate

The hotel is totally worth the trip. The surrounding is not very attractive, but our idea was just to enjoy the hotel and it was excellent. The staff is super friendly and us very comfortable all time. Food is not the best but there are lots of options.

The property is well maintained clean and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Me and my wife had a great time at the hotel.

First, I want to say that the staff here is amazing and does everything that they can within their control to make your stay as exceptional as possible. I have two main issues with this property. One, the pool is pretty subpar for a resort or a property at this level. Pretty small and not visually very appealing. Second, is the fact that when you leave the room, all electricity is automatically turned off. This includes AC. I cannot express to you how hot it would get in that room throughout the day. In general, I am aware that AC in Europe is not Equivalent to that in the United States, however, when you are paying $800 plus per night and you are not able to sleep for four days because of the heat in the room, it is unacceptable. The power turns off because sensors detect that someone is not in the room. I literally begged the front desk to turn the sensors off because the room would heat up throughout the day and would basically never cool down overnight. They said that was impossible because they are more concerned about their Footprint on the environment. Frankly, when I am paying this amount, I really don’t care about that. I care about comfort and more importantly, getting sleep. We ended up buying fans that we tried to keep running all day to keep the air circulating, but the electricity being automatically turned off, would also turn off the fans. Because of this, I will never stay at an a beer store property again and I definitely don’t recommend it
