The location is central and so close to pedestrian mall Montorguiel street. The problem is that it is also right across from McDonalds restaurant, so it attracts some unemployed people which eat at McDonalds and then sit on the front step to the property. It was unsettling at first. We just stepped over or around people at times. We were there over 9 days, which is unusually long for their clients. It was very tight with all of our bags. The bathroom is very small. Also room can get pretty warm during the day. Love the area that the hotel is in and also the manager, Evenalita , is very nice and accommodating. She even loaned us an umbrella on a rainy day. Also, the breakfasts are a great deal and very delicious.

Loved the location, the room was small but comfortable. The room temperature was cold at times and the bathroom was simply too cold - the towel heater is on a timer, so you cannot adjust the temperature in the bathroom for 20 hours of the day!

Room was not the one I ordered on Expedia and communication with manager (email only.. no reception)was very unsatisfactory. Otherwise our room was ok and cleaning lady who is the only staff was fantastic. Decor is out of 1950’s but clean and very functional Great location

This not a hotel it’s a hostel it’s in an office block on the 2nd floor the noise from the bar below keeps you awake till about 2am in all honesty I can’t recommend this hotel

Convenient and clean! We love this area of Paris and had a short stay and it perfectly met our needs. There was a luggage room that we were able to use to store luggage after checkout (just had to inform the staff in the morning, so we could keep use of our entry code for a little longer). Common area is nice to decompress even after check out.

The two sisters who service this small boutique hotel are a delight. They are bilingual (English) helpful and friendly. Nearby is the avenue montague for shopping and dining.

Casa O is a delightful small hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are small, but still enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again

Super close to metro stations, easy to find and easy to enter. Good location, bit of a party location but that didn't bother us. Room was clean but could so with a deeper clean of the shower and the floors. Overall a good place to stay.

Love the location, super convenient and you can walk to most destinations. The property itself is on top of a restaurant, so although it has two layers of windows, you can hear people chatting till midnight. But still, it is relatively quiet in a very very busy area. The hotel room itself is super compacted but of very high utility. This place is great for solo traveller.

The good - Centrally located, several metro stations within easy walking distance. Lots of restaurants nearby, and shopping mall only a short walk away. Nice common area, cozy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Safe behind multiple layers of gates and doors. The not so good - Boutique hotel, not for everyone. Not easy to initially locate. While centrally located, must walk or use metro to get to sites. Staff only onsite for limited hours daily. Room is on the small side.

All good, only one thing, AC doesn’t work in my room nr 5 and room what i booked didn’t match with what i stayed.

This is a nice clean little place. The room was smaller than we had expected - but everything was there and the overall value for money was very good - and with good shops and restaurants all nearby - and within easy walking distance of Louvre etc. good Metro connections too.

We were given clear instructions about check in before we arrived. There are signs at the front of the building and at the second floor entrance. The signs are small but easy to see. The room was comfortable. We needed the power converter that was in the main room due to delayed luggage. That was much appreciated. Great stay. I would go back.

Amazing boutique hotel, right in the middle of things. Extremely walkable, lots of options for dining and shopping. Very nice lobby with breakfast option. Highly recommend. Would be nice to take a family as there are a number of different suites that could all share the same lobby

Elenita & Marilyn made the experience so wonderful and showed incredible hospitality the entire stay! They would always give restaurant recommendations and tips for navigating throughout the city. Coffee was always brewed in the morning for guests and the phones would always be answered for help. Loved it here!
