Room was quite nice , fairy new rooms, but the hotel. Warning! The hotel insists on taking your bank card and they want your pin to type into their system for storage, which isnt secure for customers. They dont allow you to do this using a pre authrourisation using a machine.

A lovely, clean, comfortable hotel. The staff were warm welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful with an excellent choice of food on offer. A quiet location, about 10 minutes from the town and the beach, hill.

Lovely hard working and professional staff, breakfast tip-order poached eggs off the menu as they a simply the best and as perfect as possible poached eggs you’ll find anywhere. Lovely building, clean throughout and not too far from the town centre to walk.

Comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant crockery and cutlery needs improved cleaning.

Great room very clean, nice to get bottled water and tissues in your room as standard as well as biscuits and chocolates. Hannah on reception was very welcoming and helpful and also very funny and recommended the restaurant which we used and was very enjoyable.

Receptionist at check in was so helpful and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure my reasonable requests were fulfilled and our stay was fab! The room was immaculate , the room service was very good . We could not fault anything . 5 star service . Thank you Yarrow

Clean and well appointed. Nice friendly staff. Did find the hotel extremely hot though, in general. Would have been nice to know you need to book to use the very small spa area, too. And only one hour at a time. This was pretty inconvenient. Oh, and the TV didn’t work. Over the course of 5 days it would have been nice to occasionally sit in front of the telly.

Room clean waited a long time for breakfast order. Staff need more training. Simone smoking in the room next to us. Restaurant manager came running out after us tthought we were leaving without paying when we had told the waitress what we were doing. Good good

High quality twin room , lots of light, heating and bathroom very good . One very small thing and probably me being a little picky , a shower curtain is not for me , however it was clean and did the job . An excellent breakfast , and friendly helpful staff .Definitely will return

Second visit to hotel. We stayed in a deluxe room this time,which was at l adt 50% bigger than standard room . Spotlessly clean , standard fair ie coffee toiletries no body lotion, water but no glasses.Room was spotlessly

Yes the breakfast menu was fresh, a good selection and constantly replenished. Air conditioning and heating system in room was a bit noisy, even when switched off there was still a fan running in the night which affected sleep

Staff, clean room , relaxed atmosphere. Good quality food. The Chapel Down/Taster meal was so enjoyable, very well organised, a perfect evening.
