Andre's staff are incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They went above and beyond booking travel arrangements and day trips for us. Made our stay very welcome and comfortable.

We were greeted with warmth and hospitality however this Raid is in a maze of halls in the mist of the KASBAH and we would have never found it on our own. Had to make sure not to pay the taxi driver until he phoned the Riad for someone to come out and get us. Our room shower faucet was broken and the place as a whole was pretty run down. What it had going for it was genuine Moroccan hospitality and despite the slep they were very pleasant. Breakfast nothing to write home about.

Very good location, with excellent staff and a good breakfast with excellent coffee. I didn’t like how the room was dirty ( especially the bed sheets) and the bathroom was very dirty. There’s a lot of echo in the property, so twice we were woken up in the very early morning by a group of guests that were clearly out late, and the staff did not do anything about it. The wifi was down for one night.

i ordered the smallest room. tried to change to a larger one but was not worth it plus the smell in the larger room was not nice. the drainage for the shower was super slow. the first two showers in the morning were interrupted by a power cut. staff was very nice!

Staff were amazing. Beds and pillows really comfortable. Location perfect. Quiet. Twenty minute walk to square. Very clean Riad. The only negative thing was shower wasn’t great. Also because it was cold the central location for eating breakfast was very cold had to wear coat. Overall an wonderful stay .

The property is very attractive, the beds were soft and we enjoyed a lovely breakfast. We also enjoyed some homemade biscuits and mint tea by the fire on a chilly evening. Just a couple of things, it was quite difficult to find the villa so some more direction with that would have been beneficial, also the room was a little dark. Other than that we had a very pleasant stay.

The property itself was very aesthetic and cute. The staff was friendly and helpful, however i must say was missing a “home-like” feel that i’ve gotten from other riads in morocco. There was a language barrier that apparently caused our taxi to the airport in the morning to arrive waiting for us for 40 minutes (even though we were early/on time).. so once we arrived to be picked up the driver started shouting at us in our face in french, veryyyyy upset & rudely dropped us off without offering any help with luggage or anything.

Nice hotel to stay in. Good location. However staff didnt speak any english. The welcome was not warm mainly due to language barrier. Hotel needs a more professional senior person. Room was nice bathroom was not good at all. Difficult to find entrance of hotel as its tucked away in a side street

Lovely staffs! They are always there, ready to help you,- staffs are very welcoming. Beautiful decor all around the riad and a picturesque garden in a affordable price. The riad is located right in the middle of Good restaurants, places to visit and atm's and almost 15 mins away from Menera airport. Overall, everything was impeccable.

If you are looking for a bit of authentic Moroccan atmosphere, this is a great place. It is beautifully decorated, has a lovely terrace, very quiet area, but with easy access to activities, shopping, and the big square (Jemaa El-Fnaa). The staff is EXCELLENT, and everyone bends over backwards to make you happy. If you want big-screen TVs, mini-bars, and all that sort of thing, this is not your place. But if you want an almost B&B-type setting where you can relax, then check them out.

The Riad Villa Harmonie was one of the most pleasant spots in which I have ever stayed. The owner and staff were always obliging, but the charm lies in the beauty of the terraces and court yards. The rooms have character. It fits perfectly in Marrakesh and captures the character of the place in a peaceful and idealized haven.

Terrible service and completely badly marketed. With awful service. No one knew of our arrival. I am writing a separate email to Expedia. This has been a terrible experience.

Awesome staff: Andre, Ibrah, Nancy, Jamila and Eladj were wonderful! Anytime I needed anything from a bottle of water to directions, actually walking with me to an ATM or to the market, or getting breakfast or lunch ready, there was always somebody on hand coming to help with anything I needed. The atmosphere is very much like being at home, didn’t feel like a hotel. The Riad is inside the Medina but only minutes walk to getting to the main road. I was pleasantly surprised by how well lit the alleys were inside the Medina, at least the pathsI took. I felt very safe. Also pleasantly surprised by how many people were out at midnight just sitting in the plaza close by. Women talking, children playing, small restaurants and shops open till very late for dinner, fresh made juice or pastries. Plaza is close enough to walk to, in just 5 min, yet far enough that the Riad was very peaceful. I loved having breakfast (included w price) out on the Riad’s terrace, cool in the morning and hearing just the rustle of the leaves. They serve typical morrocan breakfast which I absolutely loved!! I’m definitely glad I chose to stay in a Riad, I got a completely different experience than being in a regular hotel. Walking distance to the souk, the Saadian Tombs, and the Bahia palace. Based on other comments I asked for the taxi arrangements, 15€ and it was well worth it not having to haggle for a taxi fare! Also close to Alhambra spa which offers the traditional Hammam baths, an absolute must!

I just came back from an amazing stay at the Riad Villa Harmonie , this place is ten minutes walk distance from the Medina , my room was comfortable and clean , the staff are always ready to help you with a smile on their face . The breakfast was amazing homemade crepe , morrocan bread, fruit yogurt.... it can be served at the courtyard if you prefer. The Riad is located at the Medina ( alley), area, so you will have to walk about 5 minutes in order to reach the Riad .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the whole experience was made extra special but the wonderful team of staff. They were very attentive, welcoming and informative. It’s ideally situated to local souks and El Badi Palace. We would definitely Riad Villa Harmony to our friends and family.
