The staff were very helpful. Extra pillows are available, with options to choose the height/firmness (but they run out quickly). There's a lobby on B1 with an onsen and a paid vending machine, and free coffee is also available.

Love our stay here. Great location, near Sapporo station and convenience stores are just around the corner. The room is big and spacious enough for 3 adults with 3 large luggages. The pillow corner most of the time is empty. The staffs at the reception are attentive and helpful.

Can walk from JR Sapporo. Convenience store opposite hotel. Nice onsen underground. Quiet place. Helpful staff.

Good and clean, but am confused by the bed photo on the website. It shows twin but the description is double. And if you need an elevator, please use exit 23, replace to exit 22 that is near the hotel.
