The staff is nice and customer friendly

Good location with easy access. Room is big and clean. Nice surrounding with wonderful scenery.

The path to the 2nd floor hotel room smelled bad due to cat urine, the picture of garbage had the effect of a cat rummaging through garbage. Already told the staff about the garbage but slow to respond. The hotel should not have pets. The condition of my hotel room is very satisfied. Dirty toilet, creepy environment

Not worth it for the price. Smelly towel. Dirty toilet. Bedsheets got stains.

Comfortable hotel and large family room, but no lift, it's quite difficult for senior citizens if booking a family room.

Large and comfortable room. Just not suitable for older parents / knee-sick people as they need to climb stairs to the room (no lift). Overall ok for an overnight stay, worth the price.

The hotel was near to tok bali beach. There was no wifi in the room, wifi only available in the hotel lobby. A bit far from restaurants and mini market. Muslim friendly with prayer mat and qiblat direction. Clean. There are charges for extra blanket/mattress. The tv have basic astro channel. Booking through app make me save more than rm30/night (from rm125 to rm88)!

Bedding is decent, but bathrooms are quite old and dirty. Limited access to internet and convenience stores.

Need improvement on door lock. Floor by using carpet. Some lamp are not functioning. The view is not nice. Overall it's ok to stay.

Cleanliness is ok and comfortable.
