We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. We looked at various hotels but kept coming back to this one and we are so glad that we did. It's in an excellent location, just a block from the metro and short walking distance to many of the sites including old port. It's quiet, clean, comfortable beds, and the hotel staff was awesome.

One of my favourite places to stay in Montreal. Great breakfast buffet, it was all very good. The gym is generally well equipped for a hotel gym.

My best friend & I stayed at this hotel for the weekend in Montréal. We loved everything about it. Beds were so comfy, the breakfast was amazing, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. They accommodated us with early check in as well. We also got to store our bags after check out so we could explore the city before we left to go home. 100% would recommend this hotel to all of my friends & family.

I recently stayed at the Monville Hotel, and my experience was a mix of highs and lows that ultimately left me disappointed. We arrived around 3:40 PM for our scheduled check-in at 3 PM, only to find that our suite was not ready. The staff member at the front desk seemed dismissive, as if our arrival was an inconvenience. After waiting until 4:05 PM, we finally got into our room—a full hour after check-in. Upon entering, I was surprised to see that the room did not resemble the suite I had reserved based on the online photos. It was a very basic room, lacking the features I anticipated. When I called down to confirm we were in the correct room, the staff member assured me it was a suite but seemed uninterested in checking further before hanging up. While the room was clean, several issues stood out: the toilet paper was half-empty, one towel had a rip, the coffee machine was leaking, and Kleenex wasn’t replenished during cleaning. One highlight was the ability to have food delivered via a robot—a fun feature! However, this service was inconsistent. On the first night, I successfully arranged for pizza delivery to our room, but the next night, a male staff member told me they couldn’t send it up due to "not having access to the room," which was confusing given the previous experience. Overall, the staff needs improvement in customer service and communication. The inconsistency regarding food delivery and the rudeness of some staff members left a sour taste.

Hotel was as described. It was clean and wonderful location. We couldn’t valet because we did not have winter tires on, but that isn’t the hotel’s issue as they disclosed it on their site. Expedia did not to my knowledge. We had an emergency present itself and had to end our stay early. The hotel was very accommodating and professional. We had a lovely time and I highly recommend. The lobby also smells amazing!

Check in was really good, Abby was great. Unfortunately there was freezing rain the following day, nearly fell in front of the Hotel. The entire sidewalk was ice. I spoke to a young man on the phone at the front desk, i asked him to put salt down, told him i nearly fell. His response was "the city of montreal is responsible for putting down salt"..i was stunned by his lack of empathy. Later in the evening i phoned the front desk asked to speak with their manager, Mathilde spoke with me. After telling her about my concerns for my safety she said she was sorry but that the city is responsible for salting the sidewalk, that the Hotel was not responsible for weather conditions. I told her that i simply wanted to know if the Hotel would be salting the sidewalk, so i could safely get into an uber the next day...she said yes. The next morning there was salt covering most,not all of the sidewalk. This was very disturbing to me. Honesty I thought being a guest that my safety would mean something. I have stayed at the Monville many many times. I do not think i will be going back.
