Clean room, easy check in and valet parking. Good location

Good stay. Very clean and modern. The only thing I didn’t like was they didn’t have dinner options available for two days for a private party. For the amount paid and I think there should be alternatives for people who are not apart of the private dining and who are unable to leave out to find dinner. Other than that, check in check out was good.

The floors were extremely low pile carpet and a very dark grey so you can visibly see that the floors were extremely dirty and dusty! Vacuuming wouldn’t save it

Room was small and they were out of water bottles but it was nice

When we arrived we had a welcome note that was a different persons name, same on the TV as it was addressed to something else. Went to front desk to let them know that we were potentially in someone else’s room and they said no it was changed, no apology or anything about the situation and kind of just dismissed me. Wouldn’t say I felt too welcomed by the staff there. Room itself was fine, however nothing drawing me to come back

The Hotel smells great...like a citrus smell. The counter staff and cleaning staff were awesome

The was clean and the staff was excellent. We stayed at hotel Monville to celebrate 38 year anniversary. They upgraded our room to a larger one than we booked, thank you!

I arrived well before the check-in time, but they allowed me to check in without any extra charge. I also ordered food via Uber, and the front desk kindly delivered it to my door. I really appreciated their helpful service!

Was charged a daily tax for FREE breakfast that I didn’t even select Was provided free breakfast as a gold member and only used the breakfast once over 3 days but was charged a fee for all 3 days. Room was not properly cleaned Counters not wiped : toiletries not refilled. Sheets not changed on the bed : just bed being made. Forced to do digital check in then to be told that my room was not ready and it was 4:30 PM then had to speak to a front desk rep.

I talk to the waiter in English and he responds to me in French
