The owner had the front gate locked, which required entry on our own. The front door call button rang without any answer, the entry door was locked, and the phone also went unanswered. I was forced to find other last minute accommodations. When I contacted the property via Expedia, I was told no refund because they were waiting for me. Do not stay here!

Centrally located , walking distance from city center. Did not like that they did not specify parking was available for a fee !! It should be mentioned clearly

Merano was such a beautiful place and the hotel was great value.

Room was clean. 10 min walk to town. Breakfast was expnansive but small. Not obvious how to handle vehicle upon arrival as the dedicated lot was full.

Lovely city with plenty of biking or trails to be walked. Trains plentiful to outlying villages. Garni Betty a welcoming comfortable place to stay close to the town centre

Lite hotel i gå avstand fra sentrum. Hotellet ligger langs veien så noe støy er det, det var ikke veldig plagsomt. Vi fant lett gratis parkering langs veien ved hotellet. Frokost var enkel og god noe for alle. Rommet var stort og hadde egen balkong noe vi likte.

Comoda,centrale,nella nostra stanza soffitto bassissimo,toccavo io alto 172cm,sottotetto che va benissimo per 1 o 2 notti ma non 1 settimana con famiglia.se ci si dorme e basta è ok ma se per esempio piove e devi starci con 2 bambini…scomodo.hanno altre stanze… Struttura molto pulita e personale ok! Ci ritornerei

central location

The 4 bed family room we booked and had paid didnt exist when we arrived. It was late in the evening an we where offered a double room with an extra bed instead. This even if the sisterhotel next to this (where the check-in was) had an avaliable room for four persons. Very bad stay, the wifi didnt work, the schampoo/shower cream was empty in the room. No compensation offered from the hotel.

esperienza positiva, posto curato, moderno e pulito, purtroppo parcheggi a pagamento. Proprietaria simpatica. Colazione continentale.

Per una notte non abbiamo avuto pretese…ma l’acqua per farsi la doccia era tiepida e non calda!

Sehr laut, liegt direkt neben einer stark befahrenen Durchzugsstrasse. Zimmer ansonsten schön und sauber. Frühstück ok.

Non siamo mai riusciti a soggiornarvi, siamo stati informati che la camera non era più disponibile solo al nostro arrivo a Merano. Siamo dovuti andare in un altro hotel distante dal centro più del doppio.

ambiente tranquillo, vicino al centro. Confortevole. Ottima colazione

Struttura accogliente in ottima posizione, camere pulite e ottima colazione. L’unica cosa che si potrebbe sostituire.... il soffione della doccia perdeva un pochino, (ma poco) per il resto tutto ok.

Alle sind dort sehr freundlich. Alles perfekt sauber. Perfekte Lage. Frühstück sehr gut und vielfältig. Perfekte Tage.
