The hotel room smell was awful.

Hotel recomendable para viaje, al lado de la autopista y a 8 minutos de Innsbruck

One night stay overall good but didn’t like that we had to pay for parking. Should be included free of charge for guests. Also didn’t like that they close the lobby so early by 8pm so guests have to go and find the info they leave out in order to find your room key to check-in. In case of any emergencies or questions, you’re on your own. And the location a bit noisy. Our room was towards the backside where we could hear the busy road.

Nice place, clean and comfy beds.

This hotel is in the middle of a huge industrial estate so no nice views even though our room was supposed to be 'mountain view' No free parking. Okay for somewhere to just shower and sleep.

Excellent bathroom, excellent room, located right next to a bus station and multiple supermarkets which was excellent for day trips and traveling. Cons: no fridge in room and no kettle or ways of making coffee. Breakfast was expensive in hotel so it made way more sense to run to the supermarkets for coffee and breakfast.

A hotel with the best view. Just a few stops from the city of Innsbruck, this is the best hotel in the area. You wake up with the best mountain view. The staff are also helpful.

The staff there are poorly trained when it comes to some hospitality basics. We booked one night and we had a late check in around 1 am due to flight's landing time (which was precomnunicated with the hotel) in which in the second day we asked for just a 30 mins extention beyond the check out time because we were really tired..and then we were shocked by the lady's response of "It is your problem that you checked in late"...who talks like that and who trained her to behave like this! I really hope the extra 15 euros made her life and the hotel financials better.

The breakfast was fresh the rooms were clean, parking was excellent.

Clean, good for a quick stop

Our room was very clean, the room was modern, neat and comfortable. The beds were excellent. The location is superb with a short stroll to the light rail and bus line.

Staff are very friendly and helpful , value for money However there should be tea/coffee making option in each room

Decent hotel in

We were quite annoyed that we were expected to input our own passport information on the hotel provided ipads while the reception staff stood by waiting, every hotel I have been to, that is one of their jobs. They also pushed their paid underground car park telling us that we would receive a €40 parking notice for parking outside the hotel, that didn’t frighten us as they wouldn’t get our details from our UK registered car.
