La proximité avec la gare, le petit déjeuner très complet avec même du sirop d’érable canadien, l’accès à ma chambre à 13 h. Bravo tout était parfait.

Great stay

Bien situé, personnels sympathiques, chambre petite mais confortable.

First time in an Ibis property. Budget is not for us. Bed squeaky. Only one pillow each. Small room. Have not decided if we will have breakfast here. Will see if it looks okay before paying 17.80 for two.

I stayed in both the regular and the budget Ibis in Le Puy en Velay. Both were great. For the savings, I would probably stay in the budget Ibis again because it had everything I needed and it was right across from the train station. Both are convenient for touring the town or beginning the Camino.

Proximity to train station made it easy to find when walking around and getting lost — asking anyone where the train station is made it easy to locate oneself in the city.

This was a basic hotel but perfect for our needs. Very comfy beds and a lovely breakfast buffet. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

I Will never use Ibis Budget hotel again!

Spare but practical

We had a great weekend break. Staff were excellent - really helpful. Location was ideal for a late train arrival and so close to town centre. Breakfast was very good and fresh. All round, this was a great place to stay. Recommended both hotel and Le Puy as a short break destination.

Ibis Budget Hotel was a fantastic stay. It is located right across the street from the train station which is perfect. Also, plenty of things to do in the area. The hotel itself was cozy, clean and the staff was great. I would definitely stay again!

The hotel as usual with an ibis, does not tune into the TV the English speaking channels without a great deal of contact with the staff time and time again . We were then luckily upgraded to a lovely room and then a nice reception man tuned in the TV, giving us a lot of assistance . The breakfast was very basic no muesli only cheap cornflake type cereal and a chocolate flavoured similar one . It was only one type of cheese which was very strong inedible for myself and my husband. There was limited choices and there were no boiled eggs or any egg choices so I would not buy breakfast again at an ibis.

Ideally located across from train station and a stones throne from everything. Very quiet.

good value hotel

I was not disappointed on my second stay. Glad to have been away from the noisy inner core due to the Roi d' Oiseau and Festival .
