It has a shuttle service from the Sendai station to the hotel. Great view from room and Onsen. The decor is slightly dated but in good shape. I would visit again!

The bath overlooking the bay was wonderful! But the damaged area immediately below the bath really needs to be cleaned up. The room was spacious and comfortable, with delightful sea views. It was frustrating that Expedia's page represented that only breakfast was included at this hotel, but it turned out that both dinner and breakfast were included. We had eaten elsewhere before arriving, so our meals were wasted. Expedia needs to correct its data (and, frankly, should compensate us for their error).

Fantastic seaview room and sunrise. Helpful staff

The hotel staff was wonderful to me and my friend though they could not speak much English they tried their best to show us around the hotel and personally showed us to our room. During dinner service, the waiter that was serving us also tried his best to tell us about the food we were eating and when he could not translate some of the dishes he was willing to use his phone to translate what he was saying in English. They even helped us pick out drinks for us to try and the frozen beer was the best. The room was beautiful and the view was gorgeous. They made our stay a delightful experience.

部屋ドアの鍵がなかなか抜けずフロントに電話してきてもらったけど、上から目線の応対にはがっかりでした。でもその他の人は感じよく、また食事も美味しく館内もきれいでとても良かったです。ぜひおすすめします｡帰りの観光も良かったです。

ロビー、大浴場、露天風呂の景色は海が望めて解放感があり、食事も美味しく特にお刺身は美味しかった 宿泊した日の天気は曇り雨だったので 今度は天気の良い日に泊まり露天風呂から日の出を見たい思いました

清潔に保たれています

静かでリラックス出来ました。 日の出が雲の位置で地平線からではなかったけど とても非日常を体験できました。絶景でした。

志津川湾を眺めながらの露天風呂が最高！ 露天風呂での朝日を楽しみにしてたが、残念ながら、雲が厚く、周囲からも溜め息が漏れていた。

古くからあるホテル、と、そんなに大きな期待をしないで訪問したら、想定を覆す、いろいろと細部まで行き届いた、とてもいいホテルで感動しました。古いホテルには間違いないのですが、とにかくすごくどこもかしこも清掃が行き届いており、こんなに大きなホテルなのにどうやってこれだけしっかりメンテできているのかが不思議でした。お部屋は清潔そのもの。古さは全く感じなかたです。食事もおいしく、このリズナブルなお値段で申し訳ない気持ちでした。お風呂の素晴らしさはもう言うまでもないです。露天風呂最高です。立地が素晴らしくて、部屋からの眺めもとてもよかったです。東京から行ったので遠かったので頻繁には行けないですが、ぜひまた再訪したいです。

お風呂もサウナも広く、食事もとても美味しく、良いお宿でした。 時間に都合がつくなら語り部ツアーもオススメします。

とても料理が良い

ご飯もお風呂もよかったです。 特に海辺の露天がとても気持ちよかったです。湯温はちょっと熱めかと思います。 南館に宿泊しました。部屋の設備は古いと思うけど清潔です。 部屋にはコップ、冷水、ポットがあります。 湯呑みはないので、使いたい時はフロントに電話する必要があるかと思います。 次は秋か冬に来てみたいと思いました。
