Love Fiesta Americana Toreo....the hotel was spotless, room was perfect, swimming pool was warm and enjoyable. This hotel is attatched to a massive mall with great restaurants and a bakery in the mall at Selecto Chedraui, a supermarket on the lower floor. Had the best warm donuts every morning at 7am as well as an amazing tres leches cake for like $15 us. cant wait to come back next year

Hotel is fine albeit deserving maintenance. The real problem is the are surrounding the hotel. Extremely crowded and noisy. Getting an Uber is a struggle and getting out of the area takes 20 minutes.

Everything was great! Room and front desk agents were wonderful.

Very clean, staff was nice and helpful. They did house keeping everyday. Rooms are very quiet how i like them. Loved my complimentary bottle of wine. Amenities was okay only a pool and small gym. I loved that this hotel was near the mall and restaurants. Very easy access. Would recommend to anykne going to Mexico City.

Excellent High-Quality hotel...for a great rate, get the suite. This location is attached to a beautiful modern shopping mall with lots of stores and great restaurants. It even has a Casino. Highly recommend it.

Convenient

Bonito hotel. Personal no tan amigable. Inconveniente si otras personas de tu grupo están en un piso diferente pues solo se tiene acceso al piso que te asignaron. A/C no funcionaba en uno de los cuartos ni los teléfonos para comunicarse con lobby.
