no coffee or any room service, two large towels n no small ones, no kleenex or tissue no cups in the room

Due to my work, I travel frequently, and this has been, by far, the best hotel experience I've had this year. Hotel Zar Coatzacoalcos truly impressed me! The staff was warm and welcoming, the room was impeccably clean and well-furnished, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. Both the room and bathroom were spotless, making my stay exceptionally pleasant. Kudos to Hotel Zar Coatzacoalcos! I will undoubtedly book again for future trips and look forward to staying at other El Zar hotel locations across the country.

They did not provide: hand towel nor bath mat.

Excelente servicio desde la recepción hasta el servicio a la habitación. Lo único con lo que no me gustó fue que todo mi estancia el elevador no sirvió,tuve una estancia de 10 días y no funcionó el elevador y me tocó hasta el 4°piso

Getting to the hotel was a nightmare. Terrible roads, difficult to find. No basics such as coffee maker or ice machine. Beds were hard as a rock. I advise looking elsewhere.

Our favorite hotel in Coatzacoalcos has shut down- this a our new favorite. It’s clean and cool. And very clean. Did I mention clean? We will be back.

Nice place. I have used other Zar Hotels before and this was consistent with the fun art, working Wifi and nice rooms. This location is hidden at the back of a shopping area so look up and drive through when the maps says you arrived.

Great hotel in the centre of the town near the shopping maul and very clean and the staff are very friendly

I felt very safe at this hotel due to the number of police officers living in the facility. Very conveniently located in a shopping plaza, right across a mall.

Hotel Zar is a new hotel, that although difficult to find is outstanding in every way. It is in the only nice area of Coatzacoalcos, with multiple dining options, prime theaters and large air-conditioned mall within walking distance of less than 1/2 mile. Coatzacoalcos as a small city has to be one of the ugliest in Mexico (not recommended unless you have to be there on business). But if we ever have to return to visit family, we will stay at Hotel Zar again.
