Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff was amazing Food was good too

My room although smoke free definitely had a snake and / or Cannibus smell to it.

Asking for a cleaning and the guy told me you have to do it 24h ago and that was something that I really didn’t appreciate

J’ai dormi à peine du au bruit extérieur j’ai un énorme mal de tête ça sentais le cannabis très fort il y avait du sang sur ma table de chevet .. bref je ne recommande pas

Hôtel was fine, but be careful, you might get your car stolen in the parking lot.

The room itself was good, clean, comfortable beds with great bedding. The hotel however appeared to have many long term guests so the hallways were noisy. We could hear people coming in and out of the building. The neighborhood didnt feel safe so we worried about our vehicle. Though it was a good price and there were no issues with the rooms we will not be returning to this hotel. We were supposed to stay two nights but checked out after one night.

We had bed bugs, the staff did not looked surprised when we told them. The curtain rod was falling and the bath tub was very dirty

Everything was great. The Fridge didn't work very well but that was the only thing that was off. Reception was great, parking was great, food was great, had a great time.

Towels were new Bed comfotable but no supplies in my kichenette they made me pay extra thats not ok I said thats not good business...not clean enough for my taste cob webs in shower and a pubic hair caught in it. Pulled down the blanket in the bed and found a long hair. Any thing that was repaired was done cheaply and shoddy paint job touch ups Fridge not cleaned properly , bathroom surfaces I had to wipe down myself ...residue left behind. Staff had no milk on hand fir my coffee...ect.ect...

Staff were good. There was no suitcase stand in the room. The mattresses were saggy. They must have been used for a long period of time. The floor tiles had a few cracks. The ice maker was out of order in such hot day!

Clean room. Easy access. Great restaurant. Only stayed one night, would have like enough towels for all guest.

I was thrilled with this hotel. It was inexpensive and located in a quiet area in Montreal with easy highway access. There was some decent dinning in the walking area, next door and down the street. It is a refurbished hotel. The cleaning staff did a wonderful job. The bedding was white duvets and they were very clean. It has a small bar and gambling machine as well as a pizza place. I was told new management took over three months ago and are working hard to impress. I was impressed that at 630 in the morning staff was outside cleaning the parking lot and in my 5 days I saw no garbage around the site. I had made a mistake on my reservation and the staff helped me out preventing my athlete from being disrupted . The check in people were fantastic helpful and friendly. I stay in many hotels throughout North America in this category...this one was very good.
