It Seems not safety during the nighr

I had no issues with my room. Everything was clean and space was enough. I was told my reservation was canceled upon arrival and had to pay a higher price which I did not like. Breakfast really didn't have many options. Had coffee and toast.

This city has more than one hotel with the same or very close name Be sure give street not just hotel name

Booked room for two. Room wasn't prepared for two

El staff muy amable. El espacio de la habitación justo para lo que se necesita en un viaje de negocios. Volveremos.

Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are a bit small and there is no face cloths in the bathrooms. Not sure if this is a norm in Mexico.

This hotel offers a good business stay with no luxury but good location with friendly service.

Tristemente el hotel dejo mucho que desear. Durante nuestra estadia, el hotel se quedo sin agua. Nos hicieron esperar tres horas para el agua. Cuando pedimos que nos subieram agua fue cuando nos ofrecieron mandarnos a otro city express para bañarnos. Pero las personas de recepción nos mandaron al lugar equivocado. Es triste saber que no sabian donde quedaba el otro hotel. Ya estando en el otro hotel, todo estuvo mejor.

The hotel was good for what I needed if for. Stayed only one night, the breakfast was good and the staff very friendly and provided excellent service, they helped me order a takeout dinner late at night when I did the check-in. The location is very Industrial and lots of traffic, but the was closed by the company I was visiting.

Comfortable room but elevator was not working. Staff very helpful, good breakfast included.

Todo bien pero el colchón de la cama ya bastante gastado

Todo estuvo excelente, mi reconocimiento en especial a Denisse quien proporciono un servicio excepcional. El único pero es una empleada que ni siquiera llevaba identificación, quien fue extremadamente grosera y prepotente, fue a mi habitación a tocar como policía judicial, decía que venía a checar el "Status de mi habitación" pero faltaban 2 horas para mí check out. Me enojo mucho, hice mi maleta y decidí irme antes por esa grosería.
