Abbiamo soggiornato qui per due notti e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La posizione è perfetta: il centro storico è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti e accanto all’hotel c’è un comodo parcheggio gratuito dove si trova facilmente posto. La struttura è pulita e ben curata, lo staff è gentile e sempre disponibile. L’atmosfera è tranquilla e silenziosa, le camere spaziose e accoglienti. La colazione semplice ma buona.

Clean, quiet, and conveniently located. A wonderful stay!

located in the historical district, walking distance to the nearby historical sites, mostly within 10-20 minutes. the subway station is only 2 minutes walk, which can take us to the airport easily. it is also walking distance to the university of palermo. a perfect location for me. the staff members are kind and helpful. we forgot to bring a converter for outlet. they lent theirs to us (don't count on this though, as they only have two). i really appreciate the convenience they provided to us. :) they have a fitness room with a lot of equipments, which my son used several times during our one week stay. They provide breakfast, which has a lot of options, including fruits. There is a restaurant (Osteria Pizzeria da Carlo) near the subway station, which is decent enough with relatively good price. if you don't want to walk far, you can try this restaurant (we like their mussel soup and several pasta). Overall, we enjoy our stay in camplus. highly recommend it.

Great location, affordable, clean and comfy bedroom

Road construction in the area made it hard to find. It was a good location, 15 minutes to the Cathedral and the main street.

Clean facility, with good breakfast. Located close to many historic sites, the Orleans train station, and the bus stop. Convenient for anyone who likes to walk around a city and take public transportation.

“This is not a hotel — it’s a dorm with some rooms that are also offered like hotel rooms. The rooms are basic. The location is close to the city, but be very careful not to go to the wrong side — you might end up on streets that are not very nice. We even ended up walking through some very dirty and creepy areas.”

First time I have stayed in a university dorm room! Nice, lots of space, everything you need and a great location!

It is good for short stay

Good breakfast and convenient to the Norman Palace and the Palermo Cathedral. Some street parking nearby. Room has skylight, but no windows.

The room was very clean and large. The area around the hotel was awful because the street is under construction and the entire city was under garbage strike. Palermo is dirty.

A very spartan like place to stay. I guess I should have researched more as it was literally a campus place for young students.

This is student housing! With hotel rooms mixed in! Man at front desk became very rude when I came out of my room after 10 pm to say the students were having loud conversation and card party in courtyard under our windows. He argued that “everyone makes noise. I shouldn’t want quiet this early.” I reminded him that I asked for a quiet room when I booked and again at check in. There are lots of rooms in this building! He argued that even the rooms in back could have street noise. I said that is no problem, it’s the loud talking and screeches that keep us awake. Anyway, we had paid 2 nights, so put on headphones and tried to sleep. 2nd night, even up to midnight, sounded like someone was doing gymnastics above us. (Yes, I had asked for top floor but they did not accommodate me even though there were empty rooms.) my husband and I travel a lot; often over 10 weeks a year, all over the world. We’ve never had such a rude receptionist. Arguing that I shouldn’t be bothered by noise. Really? WOW! This place is the worst place we’ve ever stayed.

Safe ; clean rooms

Camplus was extremely handicapped friendly and kind to our Service dog. We enjoyed staying with students.

The property was relatively close to everything we wanted to tour and do. The breakfast was ok, choices were minimal and didn’t change the entire time. Great for short stay.

Convenient location near the 4 canti.

Even if this property is very close to the cathedral and all touristic avenues, it is very quiet at night. The service is excellent.

Very helpful and pleasant staff. Very clean. Very adequate breakfast. Spacious room cleaned thoroughly every day. Near to main tourist attractions. Away from the bustle of the city centre, but a short walk and a safe area.
