I arrived in to Tunis Carthage Airport at 00:30 am due to flight delays and I was worried about my check-in, but I sent a message to the hotel, and fair enough they were waiting for me as i arrived at the hotel, with a smooth check-in, the room and breakfast were very good.

The staffs ar rally friendly.

Clean rooms, modern bathrooms and very nice and helpful staff. Internet in all rooms, which is good as no English TV channels.

Good overall service

I stayed only one night (05-06 February 2023) after I missed a flight. The staff were friendly and my room was clean. They also have a nice airport shuttle that took me to airport for my 07:50 flight to Brussels the next morning.

Overrated on hotels.com. Bed was broken, like i was sleeping on a slope. Good place to stay but the reviews were misleading and overly priced.

The hotel was ok but I didn’t expect to deduct the cost directly from my credit card without my permission as I was planned to pay in cash instead, it was unpleasant experience and I won’t recommend your service any more.
