Overall a great experience but the breakfast was not that good. Staff was fine but barely anyone will smile or greet

Not one bad thing to say about this hotel and my staff. Check in was efficient. Room was clean. Comfort of the bed was good. They provided ear plugs and I wasn’t sure why. It is near a highway and that’s probably why but it wasn’t too loud for me because I slept good!

Great place

We had an experience with the front desk staff providing one rate and charging another more expensive rate. When confronted, the desk manager snapped back as if it were our faults and taunted us by telling me to take it up with my credit card but they have the paperwork to fight it. It was humiliating and appalling. Her name is Clarissa.

I found the hotel to be excellent for my family and I doing this time of celebrating a wedding in the family. You provided enough space for all my immediate family and you served a wonderful breakfast. SunAnnShine.

Great stay with family. We feel safe here. Great area. Will stay again when in Houston.

The property was quite accommodating; however, one of the elevators was not working throughout our stay, which caused long delays going back and forth to our room.

Perfect location however out of 2 elevators, only 1 was in service

The rooms were outdated, so USB plugs. The bed was uncomfortable very soft, the pillows were flat. We didn’t have hot water so had to be moved rooms, then room was warm with minimal AC. The staff at checkin was friendly was at checkout was very rude. One of the elevators was broken and the other one was questionable as far as usage for a Hyatt I was highly disappointed

More food option for kids, French toast stuck good but not served everyday. Maybe pancakes on other days. Coffee station needed more attention.

Property was newer, clean and had a lot to offer. Has a business center, bar, pool and free breakfast. I rented two nights. I had to request more towels for second night. Room was not cleaned after first night. No bed made no clean towels. I had to ask for clean towels. I expected the room would be cleaned after each nights stay. It wasn’t.

Great stay with family and kids. Tanzy at the front desk and others were very kind and considerate.

Bathroom wasn’t clean at all! Stains on towels, brown water stains on ceiling and shower, hair all over the shower and floor

Could invest in better pillows mattress was so so. We enjoyed the breakfast the employees at the front desk was extremely nice. I must say they had very good hospitality.
