The property is located 5 minute walk from Medano beach Cabo Marina and the nightlife district. The property spans an entire city block and is surrounded by gated courtyards and commercial complexes that offers hotel guests and the public alike every service and business type one could want and need. The property is gorgeous and well appointed equipped and maintained. The staff are a true team and they have been absolutely wonderful and have taken excellent care of me. I have enjoyed it so much that I have extended my stay and I very well might extend it again. Thank you to each one of you staff and management for your hard work and quality service 👏 👍 I Highly recommend the Medano Hotel and Spa

We love this place. So practic and comfortable

The room was clean. The staff were professional. We did not have breakfast, but we did use the gym, which is decent. Had a good workout.

Only stayed one night, but enjoyed the property. Buffet breakfast which was included was great. Property has a nice pool with a small bar. Saw a laundry room, but did not use. Many great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance.

One night stay before going to our resort for the week and turned out to be a great option. Great location, nice hotel and a very friendly and helpful staff.

Didn't use any ancillary services. Although, online when I made the reservation, they said breakfast was included but when we arrived, we learned that it was not and they wanted everyone to wear amusement style plastic bracelets to determine which guests paid for breakfast and which ones did not. We passed on paying for breakfast and found a few other places that I would argue are much better!

Our stay at the Medano Hotel was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had the breakfast included and it was very good. It is very close to a lot of places to eat, Walmart up the road, McDonalds, Medano beach which is safe to swim at & of course the Marina. Small OXXO convenience store right next door for a variety of things. The surrounding area was a bit too noisy at night for our liking, but it is a party place!

Great location, staff and amenities !!

This hotel is decent for the price and its proximity to the beach. The property is older and not the most up-to-date. During my stay, I noticed that the hallways leading to the rooms weren’t well maintained, with visible hair on the floors. The wood tables and other surfaces also had hard water or white stains that couldn’t be removed. On the positive side, the staff were very helpful and friendly throughout my stay. However, I experienced difficulty contacting the front desk—calls were busy during my stay, and I wasn’t able to reach them afterward regarding an item I may have left behind. This seems to be an ongoing issue the hotel is aware of, and improving communication and resolving the phone line problems would greatly enhance the guest experience.
