The room was absolutely filthy with mould everywhere, very disappointing

Disappointing stay – left early due to bites and poor response I booked 3 nights at Big 4 Rainbow Beach but left after 2 nights because I did not want to suffer another night of alive bites. Although the bed looked clean, my friends, I and my family were bitten repeatedly during the night and woke up with many red, itchy bites on our legs (photos attached). This was very uncomfortable and concerning. My friends went to the reception to request a room change, but the request was rejected, and no compensation was offered. Because of this response, I did not make a further complaint at the counter and chose to leave early instead. Cleanliness and guest safety are basic expectations, and the way this issue was handled was disappointing. I hope management takes this seriously and improves room inspections and customer service to prevent this from happening again.

Ok had to pay to wash clothing not really advertised that way.TV and Wifi had Troubles. Not there for that but a advantage for kids they blamed the wind a bit weird.

The staffs were great, however the I expected more from the amenities. The pictures shows a really good playground and this is not the case in person. Everything inside the camping if you want to use is paid, which is disapointing. I stayed in another big 4 and the amenities was way better for me an the kids.

Everything was perfect, our cabin had everything we needed.

Friendly staff, our cabin was fine, even though it was tiny. The bathroom is cramped, but ok for a couple of nights for a couple. The park is well kept and was very quiet. Lovely sunsets.

Excellent, quiet location. Safe and secure area. Cabin layout well planned, but very outdated, needs a remodel. Cabin definitely not worth the money charged per night.

We loved this park. Staff were friendly and helpful. My daughter had a great time on the bouncy pillow and playground. Only improvement would be a pool.

Great place for kids except there is no pool. You are close to the calm water but not that great for swimming. Perfect if your kids like fishing. You have to drive to the beach which is about 5mins. Friendly staff and lots of space for the kids to ride bikes etc.

Cabin was comfortable and clean. Beds were good. Bathroom clean and great shower. Grounds were pleasant.

Every time we stay at Rainbow Beach Big4 its great

The cabin we stayed in was well presented. Quite roomy compared to others I've experienced. Clean and tidy. The surrounding areas was huge. Gaming rooms and jumping pillow. Go karts and fishing spots nearby. There's lots to be done at this place. Me and my family loved every moment.

Smelly toilet & too near to childs playground

Beautiful surrounds by the water. A tranquil place to stay just 4mins drive to town. Highly recommend.

Is a good place to stay to explore the island

Beds were very uncomfortable and internet access was useless. It said we were too far from router to pick it up. We booked so we could have wifi but that never happened. Water pressure in shower was great. Other then that it was ok.
